This was our first experience staying in a riad and it was an eye opener. A peaceful, comfortable and private oasis right in the middle of the bustling medina. It’s truly the best of both worlds. If anything, the amenities were understated. The support staff did a great job. The inclusive breakfasts were yummy, and I would highly recommend having dinner cooked at the riad on one of your nights, as it’s top notch and very reasonably priced. Hannah and her local staff were very proactive towards our needs with lots of extremely useful recommendations and tips prior to our arrival and support during our stay. We fortuitously timed our stay during Ramadan. This period proved to be a sweet spot both for weather and the relatively lighter level of tourism within the city / area. Based on our recent experience, I would highly recommend riad Liana for your visit to Marrakech.

Literally no flaws with this listing. Beautiful home that’s maybe 7-10 min from the city center. Close enough for easy and quick taxi/car rides but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Very responsive host as well, addressed any questions we had. Highly recommend. Super safe and secure community as well

We had a wonderful stay! The place was more beautiful than the pictures and we loved the pools as well as the walkable location. The house is well maintained, clean and very tasteful in the design. Mohamed was very responsive and very flexible with our check in and check out, which was very much appreciated. We'd love to go back!

Had the best time with my family ! The villa is very nicely decorated and the proximity to the beach is such a nice plus. We had everything we needed in the villa. Beds are very comfy, each bedroom comes with a bathroom including shower, and parking spots are available. There is an amazing view on the beach from one of the terraces, where you can sit and relax. I would definitely recommend :)

Absolutely loved our stay in the riad. Everything was great. Cristina's communication with us from days before we arrived unti we checked out was proactive and attentive. The airport pick up was appreciated and although instructions regarding finding the riad were clear, this meant our check in was very smooth. The staff who prepared the daily breakfast and kept the riad spotless were also fantastic. We had daily excursions booked meaning early departures but a packed breakfast was always prepared for us. We also ate in the riad one evening and the food was excellent. The riad itself is stunning. we loved all the well positioned areas for socialising and relaxing. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and family. Thank you again.

Amazing host very friendly and always available to help with anything we needed breakfast service was provided all we had to do was provide ingredients, clean peaceful house, over all our stay here was very pleasant will defo come back and stay here again and again staff was friendly and attentive

We’ve been in Morocco for 2 weeks, had 9 different places where we stayed, but this one was the greatest of all. It was the first real clean place, new towels, good smelling bedsheets, very comfortable bed, clean couch with a great TV, free underground parking, carrefour and a bakery in the building. Mr. Tarik was always responsive and helped us with a really late checkout. The only problem with this stay is that you won’t want to go outside anymore 😅. It is very much worth the price, and if it wouldn’t have been our last days in Morocco, we would’ve definitely booked many more days here.

Fantastisch verblijf! Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Yahya! Vanaf het eerste moment was hij super vriendelijk, meedenkend en een eerlijke gastheer. Bij het inchecken werd ons alles duidelijk uitgelegd, en hij heette ons persoonlijk welkom. Het appartement zelf was ongelooflijk schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig: handdoeken, keukengerei, kruiden, waterflesjes en nog veel meer. De locatie is perfect: een prachtig uitzicht en slechts twee minuten verwijderd van de drukte, waardoor je zowel rust als levendigheid binnen handbereik hebt. Alles is makkelijk te bereiken, zowel te voet als met de auto. Een extra pluspunt was de tv met alle zenders, inclusief Nederlandse kanalen – echt een fijn detail voor ons als Nederlanders! Zelfs in de keuken was een tv aanwezig. We voelden ons meteen thuis en hebben ontzettend genoten. Dank je wel, Yahya! Mijn moeder en ik komen zeker terug inshaallaah!

Egle's place is great for a couple who is looking for a calm and quiet holiday with beautiful, serene surroundings. The accommodation is a little far away from the main hustle and bustle of the city (Medina), but great on its own. Egle is a great great great host who is always responsive and proactive in recommending local activities and tips/tricks for an easy access to things.

Loved our stay. Out of the city centre roughly a 45min walk and a 10min taxi. Local cheaper food options which were absolutely divine and very close to the Jardin and YSL. Very smooth check in and the apartment is very spacious and was super clean. If you want to be outside of the business of the Medina I highly recommend.

Situé à l’intérieur d’un domaine privé le logement était très confortable avec l’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse l’emplacement parking devant la résidence et la proximité de la médina le logement était parfait. A refaire sans hésitation.

Exceptional Stay in a Prime Location I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was absolutely perfect—everything I needed was just a short walk away, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had modern appliances, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the living space was cozy yet spacious. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the comfortable bedding and ample storage. The host Kamel, was friendly and responsive, ensuring my stay was smooth from start to finish. Appartement avec deux SDB, linges de lit et serviettes en supplément, piscine au pied de l’immeuble. Je reviendrai c’est sur.

Logement correspondant à la description avec place de parking , piscine agréable . Badreddine est très réactif aux demandes . Content de notre séjour .

Super séjour chez Fleurs, l’appartement est comme sur les photos, spacieux, propre et décoré avec goût. Il y a le nécessaire (fer à repasser, planche à repasser, serviettes, torchon, sèche-cheveux). Le lit est particulièrement confortable ! Seule recommandation à faire : remplacer la poubelle dans la cuisine (couvercle cassé) et ajouter une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain (pratique pour les femmes). L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter à pied et en taxi. Il y a également plein de restaurants aux alentours. Je recommande ce logement !
