Roxanne was more than accommodating. My family and I found ourselves having to stay in Albuquerque for over a month due to an unexpected tragedy. Roxanne’s place was perfect for us. The location very convenient and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

We have stayed here a couple times now and its one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Love the house, the neighborhood and the town. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts are always super friendly and responsive as well.

This was such an incredible stay for my family. The kids loved having a yard to play and I loved all of the beautiful trees and flowers. We even saw a roadrunner on the lawn! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed, even a white noise machine. We were so impressed by how well set up this was for our stay, and throughout the house there were really easy to follow instructions and labels on things. My kids felt right at home, and the beds were so comfortable that they probably got more sleep there than they would have at home which is a miracle on trips! My husband and I were trying to find out what the brand was of the comforter on the bed because it was so cozy. Communication was really fast, and the hosts were so friendly and made everything so easy for our stay.

Shannon was a wonderful host. We stayed there for a little over 2 months and felt right at home. Any time we needed something Shannon was very responsive and helped us with all of our needs. All kitchen amenities and bathroom supplies were provided. The property was cleaned and quiet with friendly neighbors. The house is close to a park where we loved walking laps at. We had a great stay here! Check in and check out were both a breeze. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. We only had two guests but we would have still been very comfortable with more. I would absolutely stay here again!

John's house was nice & relaxing. We enjoyed playing ping pong, watching the hot air balloons each morning & taking walks around the neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your home!

we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

Myra's place was perfect! It's in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 20 minute walk to the shops of Nob Hill. The space is beautiful and bright and perfect for a solo or couple's getaway.

This was my second stay at Jimmy’s, and I had another great experience. The apartment is very close to the University, and the full kitchen and the laundry room are great amenities.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are great, respond very quickly, and gave us a quick tour on arrival which was very helpful. The unit was spotless and had every amenity and more! I was very impressed with all the positive reviews which is why we booked here, and now absolutely can recommend this unit and hosts without reservation. We would love to stay again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

A great place to stay, it’s small but if you’re by yourself or someone else it’s an amazing place to stay for the price. She’s an excellent host definitely recommend!

Jeanne's place was very clean and comfortable. She was very proactive by reaching out to see if everything was good. That was very appreciated. I like how she had materials, and also a guest book with what other visitors enjoyed about Albuquerque. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.

Perfect place. I would've love to have stayed longer. I felt at home as soon as I walked in.
