It was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. Spectacular southwest build style, spacious!

We were in town for a project - worked long days and nights and the home was perfect for our crew to have their own space and also come together to work. We felt right at home and the space allowed us to bond and chat about our project in a comfy homey setting.

RBI’s place was super clean and comfortable. We had a great time and everything was perfect. This place is quiet and located close to a freeway for easy access to the city.

Very nice and comfortable house. Beds were awesome and that’s very important. I will be staying there on my next trip and highly recommend the house.

The beds were very comfortable, very clean, roomy, and the backyard is beautiful especially at night when the trees light up. Snacks and drinks were a plus! We will definitely be coming back! Renee from North Carolina.

We had a great stay at Ted’s place. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! Everything was comfortable and the furnishings are nice. We weren’t around much, as we were in town for a sports tournament. It is in a nice area and was convenient for our needs! We would stay again!

Stayed for the second time and were just as happy with the stay as the first time! Clean, quiet, spacious, easy access with off-road parking for one car and street parking easily available. Good location for Sandia Casino, downtown, UNM - all within 15 min drive or so. We had 5 adults. Had plenty of space to spread out, and the little casita in the back was fun for my brother as a special hideaway! We would readily stay here again!

This was easily the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb I've stayed in. Eden was proactive and gave extremely clear instructions. Check-in was seamless, and the place itself was great. Spotlessly clean, with uodated appliances, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. It was also equipped with absolutely everything one could need, right down to extra tissues and an oven thermometer. Eden did not miss any details. It was a convenient, safe, and quiet location. We had a great time hiking in the Sandia wilderness and taking the tram up the mountain, all about 15 minutes away from the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved staying here, wish I would’ve stayed an extra day just for the arcade! Everything was exactly like the pictures, extremely comfortable. I was a little anxious about the parking situation but everything turned out just fine, the street is busy but I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable spot centrally located in Albuquerque. Lots of room to spread out. Safe parking on the street right in front of the unit.

Easy walking distance from places to eat and chill, even better if you snag a Lime scooter. Jimmy was super friendly too!

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lacy’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy, and the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Lacy was an excellent host, quick to respond and very accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay, in a quiet neighborhood. Will be wonderful place to stay when the rail yard market opens up, just down the street.

Shared Airbnb with friend who really liked the decor with SW feel. Enjoyed the horse and Kachina vibes. Had everything needed in the casita, and enjoyed the outside area with birds and local wildlife . Tom was a great host and very patient with more than one extension of stay helping us out with AIrbnb contacts and dates . Overall , it added up to over a month’s time and great stay . Would book again. Thank you again Tom!

What a great place to stay and what a friendly and accommodating host. The spot was clean and organized with lots of thoughtful amenities. Privacy was well taken into consideration- if that’s what you wanted-but Maryvel was always available for a coffee chat or wonderful recommendations on local fare. I experienced nothing short of proactive, comfort centered guest satisfaction with Maryvel and her charming place. Situated in the hills of Rio Rancho, the drives in the early morning or evening were stunning. The Sandia mountain in the background and an overlook of the city of Albuquerque is priceless.

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable.
