Great stay! Off the main road, but easy walk to downtown and breweries. Definitely recommend.

This property was very clean and large. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. A dedicated parking spot within the parking garage was a plus. The view from the balcony was impressive as well. I’d love to rent this place again in the future.

Our stay was perfect! Close to everything. We walked to every restaurant we went to. Location couldn’t have been any better. Towns was very responsive to questions and help we needed. My suggestion for check-in. They say to park upper level, but actually the parking is at street level. The code to get in the door, I was looking in the AirBnB app for it, but they said it was in an email they sent, so keep an eye out for that email. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Asheville.

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

This place is in a great, walkable location! It was easy to access, very clean, and perfect for our home base during our Asheville stay! The parking area was easy to find and very convenient to the unit. There are tons of great shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. We highly recommend this spot and unit!

My favorite airbnb experience so far! The place was lovely and very spacious. Lots of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Tino went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, as well. We would absolutely come here again!

Towns was fantastic. They have very good security with a private parking garage for your vehicle. They were responsive any time we had any questions and everything was in walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Asheville!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Elevator building and closed garage. Felt very safe inside. Well equipped and stocked. Bed was super comfy too!

Lovely place and location — could walk to most everything. The street at night was not very noisy and you could not hear neighbors. Everything was very clean and orderly except the patio, which was quite dirty (had to clean before sitting), including the floor. The ice maker did not work which was a bummer (had to run out and buy ice), but other than that, this place was great and highly recommend it!

Kristin’s place was the perfect landing spot for our stay in Asheville! The apartment was perfectly located for walking to the Downtown & and the South Slope neighborhoods & a quick drive to most of the other neighborhoods/ attractions we were interested in exploring. Everything inside was clean & ready for our stay. The blackout curtains & screens over every window were a great touch! We’d definitely consider staying at Kristin’s place on our next trip to Asheville!

The apartment was exactly as advertised! We truly appreciated the detailed instructions on parking as we arrived very late due to delayed flight. It was easy to find and enter the unit. We found it clean, spacious and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Jeff was responsive to all of our inquires. It was a great place to stay!

Beautiful place! Everything as described and pictured. Great location, central and walkable to all of downtown. Kitchen is well-outfitted and there are many extras to make you feel at home. This apartment has sunset views that are spectacular. Being on the 10th floor, you have a birds-eye view of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Icing on the cake is how incredibly nice and helpful all the staff are. From all of the Arras group to the hotel and valet staff downstairs, just wonderful people, it makes the stay such a pleasure!

This was a perfect place to stay in Asheville! Everything is close and walkable. Very clean as well! Will be back in the future.

Great spot to share. We loved being over a bakery that offered excellent breakfasts. Short drive to most places, or you could walk 1+ miles to get to lively neighborhoods. I was concerned about it being a third-floor walkup, but it wasn't a problem. Only a couple things to be aware of: although it has a full, well-stocked kitchen, there is no dining area--you'd need to eat on the small couch using the coffee table or your laps. Also Charlotte Street has lots of traffic which you can hear from the bedrooms--not honking or brakes, just the sound of cars driving by.

The location worked great for us. The bed was fantastic and the rental was stocked with all necessary items. The pictures on the airbnb listing were accurate. There was mention of loud music in one of the reviews but we found the place to be very quiet. The TV came with cable which was appreciated during US Open and NBA playoffs. The rental was on third floor as described but we handled the steps fine. We would look to stay at King James again.

The condo is well furnished and had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds/furniture were comfortable. Liked that there was not a lot of unnecessary furniture so we had room for our things.

Very clean and a pretty good location. The room was decorated very nicely and the balcony had a nice view. It's very secure with codes to get into the garage, elevators and rooms. A little tricky getting to the garage to the rooms and lots of codes to remember! But if you want to feel safe, this is the place for you. Our stay was pretty quiet and didn't hear noise from any neighbors and we went in January so maybe not too busy.

Overall, we had an amazing weekend stay. Great location, walking distance to pretty much anywhere, and private parking in the garage. We arrived to town earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in a little early. Everything was perfect!

Townes condo was perfect for our weekend stay in Asheville. We were there to see a show at Harrahs, it was so convenient to park the car in the covered garage and walk everywhere we needed to go. Condo had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and a great bathroom/shower. Highly recommend would stay again!
