This place has one of the best views in Austin. Location is amazing, building amenities are top notch. Front desk check in is quick and easy. Best spot in Austin. The pictures are of the exact unit, not a bait and switch “example unit” like a lot of the DT Austin airbnbs.

This AirBnB is fantastic! It is in a perfect location for Rainey St and walking on the trail. It is central to East Austin, downtown, and South Congress. The fitness center was extremely nice and had three working Peloton bikes. The rooftop pool provided a cool view of the city. There was plenty of space in the AirBnB, comfortable beds, great showers, and a nice balcony to hang out on before going out for the evening. I would recommend this AirBnB to anyone visiting Austin!

We loved the apartment! The great location, super clean apartment, tasteful decoration, this apartment had everything we needed. I especially appreciated how clean the place was. Since it is located in the shopping areas, it can get noisy at night but earplugs were provided and we had no issues with sleeping. My kids slept in the second bedroom which was away from the street and they said it was super quiet. We stayed here for MOTOGP at COTA. Since this place is right off the highway, it was only 45 minutes away from the track. Maybe even shorter with toll roads. MO was very responsive with communication and super helpful. Easy check in and check out. Everything worked and was easy to operate. 100% recommended.

Listing was as described, quick access to wooded trails was very nice. Unfortunately highway construction during our stay resulted in traffic if we wanted to get downtown, but otherwise we greatly enjoyed our stay.

I loved staying here! It’s a fantastic spot for experiencing SXSW or just vacationing in Austin. The location is excellent—very close to downtown and incredibly quick and easy to reach from the airport. The garden view is beautiful, and the place itself is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

Our second time staying here and loved every minute. House is well loved but has everything you need. Gorgeous view and access to beautiful Lake Austin right outside, easy boat ramp access, lots of beds, and responsive hosts. We plan to stay again!

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

House was exactly as described. Lakeshore restaurant was a great place to take the kids and family food in between boating. Jacob was super responsive and provided answers to every question I asked.

This house was everything we imagined it would be. It had such a good feel about it. Looking out the windows from the living room as well as the master bedroom provided such a scenic view. We enjoyed having access to a canoe and paddle board too There are 2 kayaks as well (life jackets are available) The house was very clean and we felt right at home. We definitely recommend this beautiful home !

A little piece of heaven. The property was just as described but even better in person. The house was super clean. Stocked with board games, outdoor games, essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard. The dock was a perfect place to people watch on the lake. The neighborhood was lovely, lots of people out walking their pups. A convenient drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Such a special place to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family.

Great stay for 2 families. The kids had a blast with pickleball, basketball, fishing and the xbox and the whole lounge set up. Lots of space for us inside and out! April and her husband were super responsive and had lots of helpful information.

This house was amazing, loved it! The hosts are the sweetest and if we had questions or anything they answered right away! Definitely will love to stay here again! Very comfy and lots of room! Very clean! Love that there was a pond in front, great walks in the morning!

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

The view was amazing! Loved watching all of the activities on Ladybird Lake from the rowing crews to the kayaks, also had a great view of the sunset! The apartment had everything that we needed and I appreciated that both nespresso pods and creamer were left for us as well as a variety of tea. It was a nice check in experience and we were able to check in early for a $35 fee which was worth it. The layout of the apartment as well as the furnishings were top notch. Everything felt very high end and my family really enjoyed it all, especially the comfortable beds. The only downside is that there is currently so much construction all around the area that it was somewhat hard to get around and Rainey Street was not as lively as I expected.

I was in town for work and brought the family along to sneak in a bit of a vacation—so glad we chose this place! The condo was exactly as pictured, with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts had a portable crib set up for us, along with toddler dishes, utensils, a highchair, and sweet books, which was so great. The makeup towels, pool towels, and overall setup made everything so easy and comfortable. The space was beautifully designed—elegant, upscale, and full of Austin charm. The view was amazing, and we loved the walkability to Lady Bird Lake. Downtown was also walkable if you're up for a bit more of a stroll. The pool view was stunning, and while we didn’t get to enjoy Rainey Street with our little ones, it looked like so much fun. Overall, a fantastic stay—great location, excellent hosts, and a space that really went the extra mile so many little touches that made this place stand out. Would absolutely 100% stay again! Already planning our next trip!!

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.

great location and building. no issues. had an amazing stay would definitely stay again when back in town. very clean, pool area was beautiful, great restaurants within walking distance. highly recommend.

We had a group of 8 in town for a Rod Stewart concert at the Moody Center. Hotels were crazy prices because it coincided with SXSW. The two condos were upscale, yet comfortable. Nice balconies. The elevators, halls and common areas are clean and secure. When you arrive, you pull into the valet driveway and your vehicle is wisked inside the garage. Checkin took less than 5 minutes. The concierge had keys, with each guests name on them, all ready for us. The rooftop closes at midnight so we didn’t get to enjoy it very long after the show, but the view is amazing. It would a great place to gather and enjoy a basketball game outside under the stars. Everyone slept soundly, all of the amenities worked properly. Our host Jason was awesome from reservations to checkout. Provided exactly what we needed. He answered questions in less than 5 minutes The river and river walking track are one block away. So many dining choices nearby. We all recommend the Moonshine Grill a few blocks away.
