Very comfortable apartment with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walkable to the center of Pearl street and a Whole Foods was just a couple of blocks away. Very convenient.

Katherine was very accommodating and proactive for an unforeseen incident that occurred. She was very helpful, responded quickly and gave us good recommendations for things to do in the area. Great host!

This was a great space for us while visiting our CU student who lives in the same block. Brad went out of his way to quickly replace the gas grill which wasn’t working, so we could cook in one night. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to Pearl Street.

Courtney was a great host! The apartment was easy to find, very clean, cute and cozy, and we immediately felt at home. It’s in a great location, only few minutes drive to Pearl street, beautiful hiking trails and lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the great view of Flatiron when we get to the parking every morning. The keypad on the door was a little tricky to operate (was it too sensitive??), but after few tries, we usually could unlock the door. We had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed here while our daughter recovered from hip surgery. The condo is in an excellent location, parking is easy, people in the complex are friendly, the views from the condo are lovely and the surrounding restaurants are some of our favorites. I highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved staying at Taylor and Nicole’s place. The condo was roomy and spotless. They even had fishing gear. They responded quickly to any questions or requests we may have had. Highly recommend staying here.

This condo was a nice homey-feeling place for our group to spend Christmas. We have family in Wheat Ridge and this location was very convenient for us to all get together and enjoy the holiday. Plenty of bedrooms - each with a different firmness of the mattress so we could all find the one we liked best - and ample gathering space on the main floor.

This property is a peaceful and convenient retreat for mountain adventures. Very close to hiking, fishing, and snowshoeing areas. Also very well equipped for family activities like sledding and fishing.

Wonderful stay at this cute apartment. We walked to most places. The coffee shops down the street were amazing. Everyone was so kind. Beds were comfortable.

Great place to stay while in Golden! Kelly had chocolate and half n half in the refrigerator, which is a nice treat. Location is perfect for walking everywhere.

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

The perfect two day stay! Not far drive or walk from fun areas of Denver like RiNo. Place was cozy and clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever needed! Definitely recommend!

Ginnie and Ronnie were the perfect hosts. The place was as described, lots of hospitable touches, clear directions, and great communication! What else can you ask for from a host?

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was perfectly located with walking trails nearby and a short drive to other Boulder destinations.

This must be the quietest neighborhood in Boulder, and very walkable, we walked to coffee shops in the morning, and around the park later. Bohdan's condo is in a cute culture de sac neighborhood it has a nice layout, we were very happy with staying there, the beds were comfy.

Loved Kasey’s spot and will return as our daughter got into CU Boulder as we arrived home after the tour !! Guitar was a nice touch too. Even sang for the neighbors (not sure if they heard us!).

Mike's place was clean, comfortable and had extra little touches that made our stay great. We all loved the shower and the very comfortable beds. Only complaint, as others stated, the constant creaky, scratching sounds coming from the upstairs neighbors during the nights. Luckily we bring our white noise machine so we were able to sleep through it. Overall, we would definitely book Mike's place again!

Nataliya’s communication was proactive, prompt, clear, and courteous. The condo was clean and well appointed. There were many small thoughtful touches. The location was super convenient for my work trip to boulder, an 8 minute walk to my work site.

The location was fantastic - quiet, but with easy car access to Pearl St, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. our daughter would have spent the whole week in the community pool if we would have allowed it. Jennifer’s place was comfortable and clean and possibly better equipped than any AirBnb we have stayed at, with a full kitchen, a stocked pantry with extra TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc, beach towels for the pool, and extra amenities families might need, like a toddler potty,pool toys etc. it is walking distance to CU. The pictures in the posting are accurate and all the listed amenities were present and in working order.

This Airbnb was a wonderful stay experience that had all the amenities needed. It was very clean and close to downtown Denver. Rick was extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend this Airbnb and hope to book it again in the future.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!
