We LOVED staying in Eli's home. Our son got married this weekend, and we chose his home due to the location and the amenities if offered. It was more beautiful than we imagined! Big wrap around porch, beautiful yard, hot tub, screened in porch, a big screen TV in the living room, and comfortable beds. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in this area.

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

Such a wonderful place to stay! My family & I had a great time. The place was clean, there are a ton of floats, games, chairs and other supplies to make your stay enjoyable. The boat dock worked well for our boat, and we spent a good bit of time hanging out down there or on the screened porch. The walk from the boat dock to the house is a bit of a hill (like most the houses on Hyco) so consider that if you’re traveling with small children or older adults who may not walk well. Jerome & Elena are wonderful hosts and were responsive, respectful, and great to work with throughout this entire process. We’ll be back!

We loved staying here. The home was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to really relax by using the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed the chocolates and bottle of wine. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We liked the Host’s guidebook and went to the Greensboro Arboretum which was 10 minutes away. We had one question before we checked in and the Host got back with us very promptly. We hope to stay here again soon.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and made a mini vacation out of it. Couldn't have gone better! Barbara's cabin met all our expectations and it looked even better in person. It was close by to a bunch of super fun parks, activities, and stores.. Our furry child also felt very welcomed. He very much enjoyed his time in the backyard rolling in the leaves. Barbara's communication was on point the entire time. We would 100% return.

There are moments in life where you cannot describe perfection! Came down for a business trip and my mind was blown as I felt like I was just walking into my home. Would highly recommend this property and this host!! Just not while I need it! lol! Thank you so much for everything
