We really enjoyed our stay, lovely accommodations and backyard. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will likely return!

Nice neighbourhood, we slept well, mattresses and rooms were comfy. Flavia greeted us when we arrived and she is a very nice person. House is very “busy” when you enter the house you realize that the family lives in there when not rented which is ok. A lot of their personal belongings were still in the house, so don’t be surprised. other than that, it was quiet, we had all we needed to cook and rest. I would rent again.

A perfect spot to stay for a couple of nights in Halifax. It felt like with a 10-15 minute drive you could get almost anywhere in Halifax from here, so a perfect location. We had our dog with us and the fenced back yard was perfect. There was a cute park just a 10 minute walk away that our dog loved. Very grateful for the ease of this spot!

Very nice and cozy place, Emma was a wonderful and responsive host would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Lots of extra touches. Wonderful welcome basket that even included dog toys and treats (including wine for the 2-legged guests). Loved having the washer/dryer to use (when you are travelling this is really nice). Overall very positive experience.

Kelly and Doris are incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Our stay was a last minute booking. Both kelly and Doris helped us feel right at home. The property is an Oasis. It has everything your family will need. The pictures do not do it justice. The quiet peacefulness you feel well sitting by the lake is everything you want and need. We will be coming back!

Alex and his house are amazing. I would give Alex 10 Stars out of 5 if I could. He was very accommodating and very responsive to us before, and during our stay. The house is well equipped throughout, including the kitchen to do everything you need. The view is out of this world and is like something from a movie. The rooms are spacious, the living areas are perfect to relax and look at the Atlantic Ocean whilst ships cruise past. Access to the beach was easy and the little peninsula has a fireplace that just completes the whole package. It is private and just what we needed. I highly recommend Alex and his spectacular house for anyone and everyone!

A great base for our weekend visiting friends and family in Bedford, Halifax, and Dartmouth. Very spacious accommodation with a full kitchen and a great deck. Loved all the fall colours and the quiet surroundings. Easy access to the airport for our very early flight. Everything was super clean and hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend. We didn't bring any dogs on this trip but I love that the house was dog friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kate was awesome as was Nikki. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to Tuna Blue. We also went to the Hubbards beach, which was a short drive. We will definitely be back again!! :)

The cottage in Hubbards was ideal for our stay. My daughter loved the little playground behind. Everything was clean and it was an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you for your great place and kind discussions whenever we passed each other during the days!

PAM &J.P on été extraordinaires. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour et sommes tombés en amour avec la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Les animaux étaient un extra inattendus. Gustave va beaucoup s’ennuyer de Maple. Petit commentaire QUI N’EST PAS UNE CRITIQUE. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas très grand alors, ne pas faire une trop grosse épicerie à chaque fois. Nous sommes arrivés avec trop de choses et tout ne rentrait pas. Mais encore une fois ce n’est pas grave. Il y une épicerie pas tres loin. Ça se fait très bien. Faut juste pas prévoir trop longtemps d’avance si vous avez une grosse famille comme la mienne. La piscine est extraordinaire!!!!! Près de pleins de belles plages . Nous avons passé un super beau moment en famille!!!

we absolutely loved our stay in the cottages! We were able to use a lot of their amenities, Kayaks, boat, pool.. it was so much fun and we made some great memories as a family! Thank you to Katelyn for the great cottage and customer service, we hope to come back again :)

Walking into this Airbnb, I was in totally AW! I travel often and can honestly say I found the best Airbnb so far, right here at home! Dan was an amazing host and has such great taste. From the furniture and decor to the ambience and music playing through the home when you enter, it doesn’t get more luxurious than this. Everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal. All of the space you could ask for if travelling with a group. Dan really allows his guests to feel right at home. In the study, there’s a drink station where you can make your own slushies, pop, tea and coffee. On the top floor, off the master bed, there is the most beautiful hottub with harbour views. This place is worth every single cent. Not a single complaint to be made here. This is most definitely a repeater and I highly recommend to absolutely anybody thinking about it. Thank you so much for having us, Dan and well done ! 5 stars !⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Jill’s place! We loved relaxing at the end of each evening in the hot tub/swim spa pool, with a beautiful water view! Our kids loved their stay and we always had something fun to do! We loved the added touch of board games, there were many to choose from! Beds were incredibly comfortable, would recommend this stay to any family looking to have a nice relaxing get a way!

We absolutely loved our stay in Doris place, the house is amazing, beds comfortable, lovely duvet and pillow etc, all the amenities we needed. We hope to return next year and stay again. I'd absolutely recommend anyone to stay here in this fabulous house and neighborhood

We booked Andrea’s place for a 3 day weekend to visit relatives in Halifax. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night as we had to return home early due to an unexpected power outage at our house. Although we only stayed one night, Andrea’s place was wonderful!! The fenced in yard and very few stairs up to the bedrooms and to get into the house was great for our dog! We loved the decor and coziness of the whole house! Comfy bed!The kitchen had everything you could think of and more!! Andrea was very responsive and helpful and even left some treats for us and our dog😊. Greatly appreciated! Would love to return when the weather is better and we can stay longer! Highly recommend Andrea’s place!!

This place was just what we needed for our stay in Halifax. We were within walking distance of local restaurants and a cycle shop where we could rent bikes. The inside was cosy, clean, and really made you feel welcome. Andrea was responsive and a lovely host! Would definitely recommend. :)

This was our second extended stay at Francois's, and just like the first, his hospitality, the location, and the lovely property exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home. Francois was a wonderful host, quick to communicate and extremely helpful. The home was spotless and well appointed and modern. The property is Serene and peaceful for anyone looking to get away from the city while avoiding a lengthy trip. Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day!

Great place to stay for a few nights. Beautiful walks nearby, well-equipped kitchen, quiet but still not far from the airport. And the best: very nice and helpful hosts!
