Home was beautiful and worth every penny , the host was respectful and nice

We had a fantastic stay at your home in Orange Park. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of three couples, offering plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a great visit. One of the highlights was the spacious sun room, it was the ideal spot to gather, relax, and enjoy each others company. The home was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, with retail and grocery stores nearby. Also there were eight public pickle ball courts at W. E. Varnes Park less than a mile away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Place was exactly as described, clean and well worth the cost. Very accessible of the highway. Loved the amenities - AC, hot water and space. Would definitely go back.

The Confetti House exceeded our expectations! Located in the Isle of Palms neighborhood and a quick drive to the beaches. It was wonderful and super chill. We took full advantage of the bikes, heated toilets, koi pond and putting green as well as the outdoor lanai space + kitchen space. Beds were very comfy and a great space for remote work as well. Be sure to head over to the beaches and head south to Ponte Vedra for some luxury eats, golf and shopping or head north to Neptune/Atlantic Beach for some chill bites and biking. Perfectly located between JAX Airport and Ponte Vedra, which was a key for our stay. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating to our need to extend our stay a couple of days. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a groovy house ! Loved the game room and spacious backyard for our large dog. Renovated and very cute space. Highly recommend!

I almost didn’t write this review, just so I could gatekeep this wonder. This was easily the best AirBnB experience I’ve ever had. The check-in was fairly simple. We got settled in and found out that everything was within walking distance. We had a fantastic time which was further highlighted by how cozy their space is. Further, their mix of board games and puzzles gave us unlimited entertainment.

Came here for the Players Tournament. Beautiful little place literally one block from the beach and a 2 minute drive to a bunch of little restaurants and bars along the beach strip. Would 100% come back again. Thank you so much

We had such an amazing stay here! The place was amazing in every way—it fit the description, was clean, had everything we needed, and was located near great restaurants and things to do. Jorge and his co-hosts were quick to respond and were helpful and courteous when doing so. They offered great recommendations and cleared up any questions I had. Location wise, street parking is free, but it can be a little tricky to find a spot if you get there too late. There’s also a few steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re not too bad. The listing is in Downtown, so it’s very central to everything but we didn’t always feel safe when outside, especially at night. However, the apartment is well secured and we felt safe when inside. Overall, it was an amazing listing and we’d stay there again!

Ashley’s place is centrally located nearby Luxe shopping districts and fine dining ,situated just 2 minutes from I 295. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with all the comforts of home. Safety is the community’s main priority with a gated entrance and plentiful parking 🅿️.

Catherine was such a great host. This was the perfect getaway. Very peaceful neighborhood and very close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value! This upstairs apartment is comfortable, well-organized, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living space is cozy, and the balcony is a relaxing retreat. Dalv is an incredibly generous and caring host, making the stay even better. Highly recommend for a quiet and budget-friendly trip.

As advertised, and we will definitely be back. Excellent communication from Gary & Rachel, and we were even allowed to check in early due to a schedule change on our end. Great experience over all!

I evacuated from Tampa for hurricane milton, tottally stressed out. i was lucky the place was availble. The condo was clean and organized. I had everything I needed. The host was responsive and helpful. you'll be a few steps from the beach. I will definitely save this location for future vacations.

Nice apartment two blocks from the beach and four from the Wholefoods. Large living room. Everything you need to enjoy stay in Jacksonville, Atlantic Beach.

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!

This rental is absolutely spotless and has everything needed for a perfect stay. The host communicates very quickly and makes sure to answer all questions. I felt right at home in her rental and will definitely stay here anytime I’m in the area. I wish that I could give this host 10 stars!

Waking up to the sound of the ocean surf and to the sunrise, looking directly at the beach, and being able to walk right onto the beach right from the apartment is unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little amenities, very comfortable, and exactly like described. The personal welcome note was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and will be very happy to come back and recommend Bruce and Pamela's apartment.
