Great place right next to the pier. Very walkable. Beautful accommodations.

This clean, cozy, and charming beach house was the perfect place for our Spring Break trip for our family of five. The host was responsive, kind, helpful, and had great recommendations. Beach access was easy & convenient (just 4 houses down), our boys loved the basketball courts located a block away at 38th Street Park, we enjoyed riding our beach bikes we rented from Ray’s Rentals (recommended by host) down the board walk and to all of the great restaurants and stores nearby, we would definitely stay here again, thanks for a great experience and memory for our family!

This is hands down the best home I’ve rented! It has everything you could need - definitely feels like a home and not a rental! The house was so cute and loved the touches from the original home. The furniture was very comfortable and everything felt clean! We absolutely loved our time. The dutch door looking out to the back was wonderful. We loved watching the kids play in the sand or swing on the hammock. The only downside was that the beach directly behind the home (over the sand berm) is not clean. There is loads of trash including needles. But you can easily walk to the nicer part of the beach or the bay area directly across the street. Would definitely rent again! The hosts were so communicative and friendly. Would recommend!

This spot was great. Just steps from the beach and had bikes and beach gear we could use. Rich was super helpful and responsive. The garage access is pretty tight as described. We rented a full size car and were able to get it in with a second person outside the car to guide it in. Still very nice to have a spot that wasn’t street parking which could have been tough to find.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms provide everything one needs. There are plenty of towels. It's great to have a washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quiet despite its proximity to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. We'll book again.

Great apartment with an easy walk to the beach! Loved having amenities for adults, and toys for my daughter. Cozy for 2 adult couples and a toddler, plus our service dog. We enjoyed mornings on the deck soaking up the sunshine with our coffee, and wanders to the beach…. Plenty of towels to go around too. Thanks for hosting us! Everything was as described, clean and functional for what we needed! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Will’s place. Beautiful view LOVED the location. Will, recommend local spots to eat. We went to Nicks and it was delicious. It was cloudy for 3 days during our stay, but the beach is beautiful still on cloudy days. It's so much fun walking the area. Beautiful houses and a complete beach experience. Will, was great and very attentive.

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser luxuriösen Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön um spazieren zu gehen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Gegend, gut zum schlafen.

I was really grateful Lee was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Her communication was great. The home was better than the photos and stocked with things to make our stay easier. I wouldn’t normally book a place without A/C but it was cool and breezy and actually needed the heater at night. The pool was too chilly for us this time of year but the lights out back were so pretty we spent a lot of time in the back yard. We accidentally locked ourselves out (make sure to read your instructions and don’t lock the bottom lock on the door handle) but Lee helped us get back in pretty quickly. We only had a small bit of time to visit the beach but it’s so close and there are great bikes and some ocean toys. I would stay here again on our next visit to Huntington Beach.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The pool was exactly what the kids needed to relax. We felt very comfortable in the space and enjoyed our time there.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

We loved staying here, we requested a slightly earlier check in, and a later check out, and were accommodated both times. We did have a little trouble with unclear parking instructions the first day/next morning. But it was quickly cleared up, the host stated they would update instructions for future renters, which is great. The only thing that was bothersome for us was the lack of heat. When booking I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have access to a thermostat, and it was very cold at night. They offered to bring us another space heater which was nice, but the one already there really didn’t help a lot so we declined. That would be my only suggestion, maybe update the listing to state that they will not have access to a thermostat, so renters know to be prepared. I would have brought more things to bundle up with had I known! Other than that it was a great trip, great place to stay. Thank you!

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! Nous avons passez un excellent séjour chez Denise. La maison est exactement comme sur les photos. Nous étions 6 et nous avons passer d’aggréable moments dans la maison. Le quartier est aggréable et sécurisé. La maison de Denise est fonctionnelle. Denise est très réactive et aggréable comme hôte. Nous recommandons la maison de Denise.

Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

Lauren and Dario are super hosts, both were very responsive and communicative! The 1-bedroom home was perfect-clean, well maintained; no issues with WiFi (for work); bedroom was nice and cozy. Art work from local artists was displayed in each room with brief descriptions, this was cool! Overall, it was a great experience. I will stay here again and recommend the home to friends and family. We have a family of 7 and we’re very comfortable in Lynn’s home. We’ve stayed in lots of AirBNBs and this one might just be the best ever. It is very clean and is well appointed. Lynn has thought of lots of little things that really added to the satisfaction we felt—things like spices, zip lock bags, water, tin foil, etc. Our family loved the place. I highly recommend this place.

The place is nice and roomy. Quiet and safe surrounding that you can walk around and jog. Literally 20 second walk from the beach. Great kitchen, large fridge. My only (minor) complaint is that the parking lot has very narrow doors and it stressed me out everytime I backed the car 😢

We had an amazing week, Angela was so responsive and helpful and this was the most well stocked airbnb we've ever stayed in! It was clean, great location and walkable to all of Manhattan Beach's restaurants and shops, we will definitely hope to stay here again when we return to MB!

I stayed Duke's house for my son's wedding at Los Verdes Golf Course. It was really beautiful house and great location. Duke was very professional and provided information to me in a timely manner. I would like to stay there again if there is any chance. Fully recommended.

It was a lovely place to stay for our work trip, very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. The home is easy to settle into and the kitchen has everything you need!

This is such a perfect getaway spot. You can see the beach from the large windows and Don had umbrella and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc that we could take the few steps to the ocean. You can easily walk to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, playground, and more. Beautiful home! And Don and Rebecca were so helpful- unloading/loading our car, setting up the umbrella, helping us get on bikes to explore, and more. Will absolutely be back!
