Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

Great value for the location and assigned spot is super helpful. Open space with a large couch and kitchen so you feel right at home

The place was a corner unit and was able to see an amazing view. Retrieving the key was an experience in a comical way bc once you go inside the apt you're blown away. Alex was helpful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

This guy deserves all the great reviews he has, any questions we had he would answer instantly and do everything he could to help us. The apartment was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures.

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Great place. Malcolm is very responsive and helpful. Security in the lobby is very friendly and appreciated. Inside of the residence has everything you need. Host was flexible and made our trip very smooth. Lots of restaurants nearby and parking was nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Malcolm!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect space for myself, my wife, our infant and my wife’s grandparents. The house was in a beautiful historic neighborhood that is perfect for walks. The space was clean and organized and the open kitchen/living space was nice. The host was very responsive and questions were answered immediately.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. My kids and I were able to enjoy the pool table in the play room. I also took a moment to work out a little bit. It felt like a home away from home. Everyone enjoyed the time. Neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues sleeping. Thank you Kenny for opening your beautiful home to us!

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

We loved staying at Jean’s place. It’s cute, cozy and clean. The location is great! It’s walkable with a nice coffee shop and stores nearby. Great host!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Had an amazing stay at Iliana’s home. Stayed at her home with our family on a vacation to Disneyland and the entire family fit comfortably and all the baby stuff + crib were a HUGE plus for us since we were traveling with our 15 month old. Would stay here again on a future trip to Disneyland

Jay was very easy to communicate with, super kind, and accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation at his place.

Our stay at Colin’s home was outstanding. Colin provided excellent instructions on how to gain access to his home. His home was exceptionally comfortable, quiet, clean and safe. The neighborhood was very pleasant and easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. The home offered a very pleasant front and backyard to relax in, and the many floor to ceiling windows gave the home a feeling of being outdoors. Colin was quick to be in contact with any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying again when next in Los Angeles.
