Gunjan is a great host who is very proactive, great communicator and was quick to address small issue that arose during our visit. Modern amenities, including comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Overall positive experience. Great location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service

Very nice view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was the water in the showers doesn’t stay at a steady temperature. Great place though.

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very close to the beach which was one of the main attractions for our trip. The bike and walk paths were also very accessible and we enjoyed moving around. The condo has everything you need and functioned well for our group of six adults. Lastly, we felt safe staying there. Highly recommend.

We just left yesterday and can’t wait to return! The room/resort were perfect! Everything you need. The pools were great and such a quick walk down to beach. Right accross the street from amazing fresh juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls which we made trips daily for. We walked to Publix and Walmart. Quick uber to food or we walked next door to playa for great food. The beds were cozy and we slept great. The view from the porch was beautiful and peaceful. We couldn’t ask for more! No long elevator waits and room is right off the elevator! Thank you so so much for an amazing week!

Beautiful location right on North Miami Beach. Very quiet, everything is within walking distance. The free Beach Trolley takes you right down to South Beach as well. Very secure building. Sunrise is breathtaking!!!

This beach condo was great, access to ocean was easy, clean, clutter free, well equipped except for shower soap and patio door difficult to open. The only issue was we arrived after dark and they are doing construction on the building which blocked off the entrance to the towers and front entrance. Once we got out of basement garage and got our bearings the next day it was very easy. A little heads up might have helped with this situation. Otherwise, our stay was excellent. Thank you.

Excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet area and the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were also beautiful parks nearby and the area felt very safe and walkable.

We had a great time staying at Debbie’s place. It’s a townhouse end unit and was very quiet. We didn’t hear the neighbors. We felt safe in the peaceful neighborhood and nearby shopping plazas. We like the nice lakeview and strolling around the lake. There are a few nice restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores in the proximity, which are pretty convenient. Debbie responded promptly and was very helpful. Overall we highly recommend Debbie’s place.

Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were perfect, beds comfy, kids enjoyed their private spaces to hang out. The bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, even toothbrushes. For extended stays, you may need to bring some of your own essentials. Kitchen has lots of space, plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher & laundry pods. The TV area could use more furniture, not quite enough room for everyone to watch our favorite sports team! We spent a lot of time swimming and relaxing around the pool. There are beach towels, plenty of chairs, and a nice patio with table & grill so you can get out of the sun. No pool inflatables or toys, but we just went to a nearby dollar store to purchase. Everyone loved the beach and boardwalk, lots of shops and restaurants. For some of our crew, the walk was a little long, but we had a vehicle so we would drop people off. Parking is $5/hr weekdays. Overall a great stay.

The place was perfect for my stay with my friends. Gretel and her co-hosts answered quickly and always made sure to check in to make sure everything was going well. Was near the beach and multiple restaurants as well. We had a great time!

Katherine’s place was the perfect stay for us! Traveling with 2 babies and felt right at home. She was very helpful, responsive and friendly. We absolutely loved the private courtyard area. The space was beautiful and spacious! Would love to stay again in the future!

Very decent place to stay in north Miami. Price -value ratio fits and it’s a good starting point for Miami area. Great host and worth the money.

We rented Cristian’s for a wedding that we were attending and turned into a short family getaway. His place was great! Cristian was super responsive, accommodating, friendly, and professional. The view from the lobbing room was amazing and relaxing. We had no issues with our stay and would love to rent his place again when we come back to Miami. An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

The apartment is even more perfect than the photos. There is so much space! The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. All the snacks, beverages and waters were so thoughtful! We didn’t land in Ft Lauderdale until 9pm, so it was nice that we had a snack and a drink waiting. We are walkers, so we walked to the nearest Publix to get a sandwich, strolled the Broadwalk. We walked to LeTub and had the best burger. The hosts have a folder with suggestions and helpful hints. Perfect location. Perfect Hosts. Perfect vacation.

Fantastic place to stay. Host was very responsive and made the instructions clear upon arrival. Waking up with the balcony view every morning was amazing.
