This was perfect for our Technicians that were working on a project for a month and half in the area. They said it was a home away from home for them. Jenny was an amazing host. We asked for weekly cleaning which she provided it at a reasonable price. The home was clean and spacious. I would recommend.

Gaylor's place is well situated in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 10 min walk to the Metro. Parking was a nice perk. No issues at all and our host was very responsive and informative.

Nice cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood, conveniently located just 20 mins from Downtown Montreal (drive). The place was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Echo was a great host- sent the pre-arrival instructions as well as local suggestions for our stay.

Félicitations pour le hôte, il est vraiment gentil et prêt à servir. Toujours souriant. C'est un bon logement. Il faut juste contrôler le nettoyage. Sous-sol avec salle de bain et cuisine. très indépendant. Chambre principale avec salle de bain spacieuse. Une autre salle de bain pour les 3 chambres. Zone calme. Bravo et merci pour le séjour. Je recommande ce logement.

Jefee est vraiment à l’écoute super gentil et fait tout pour que l’on se sente comme chez soit. Je recommande vivement. J’avais un problème avec les bruits des pas vu que l’on vit dans un sous-sol il a acheté un tapis pour diminuer le bruit des pas et a totalement changé l’habitude de la maison pour m’aider. Vraiment sympathique et a un très bon cœur.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Alexandre's house. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The hot tub and solarium were a standout! The tub itself is very spacious. Alexandre was very responsive to any questions we had, and he was proactive with information for checking in and out. We would stay at his place again!

The place is amazing, very quiet neighborhood. I loved the cleanliness, I can go thete again. The pictures made every thing easy including the parking spot. Harry was very helpful and readily available when I needed help. Thank you Harry.

We had a lovely stay. We had everything that we needed at the air bnb and the host was very responsive and helpful. There was even a tie out for the dog which was awesome. We will definitely stay again.

Great location! Close to so many restaurants and coffee shops. I brought my dog and there was a little park a few steps away for her to sniff, she also enjoyed the backyard. The hosts were very flexible with accommodating my short stay and were proactive about parking. The apartment is homey and cozy I would stay there again !

A wonderful experience, with a clean and accommodating atmosphere

Fantastic newly built home. Was in Montreal for 4 days and stayed at Mandy’s home a 10/10! 20min drive from downtown and tourist attractions like the Notre Dame & old Montreal. Grocery stores, restaurants all within a 5-10min drive. We had a rental car and loved that this home came with a private driveway. Home is on a quiet residential street. Super easy check in with a smart door lock which Mandy provided all the details the day of check in. If you have a car and want a beautiful newly built home with 3 large bedrooms and don’t mind the 15-20min drive to the city and tourist attractions book this home.

This place is a total gem. Super cozy, beautifully kept, and just has that good energy you hope for when booking a getaway. I felt relaxed, safe, and refreshed during my stay. Life pulled me away a little earlier than expected, but I would 100% book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making such a peaceful space available for others to enjoy!

Affordable, clean, and right where you want to be: steps from Charlevoix metro, a short walk to Atwater Market, the Lachine Canal, and that loveable gritty-charming stretch of Rue Notre-Dame where good coffee, better wine, and late-night poutine are always within reach. The apartment is tight: immaculately clean, well laid out, comfortable bed, full kitchen, proper bath. You’ll climb a stairwell to get there - nothing wild - but Alireza met us at the door and carried our bags like a host who actually gives a damn. Absolute class act. He stayed cool through shifting plans, let us sleep in a little late, and even noticed we left stuff behind before we did, saving us a needless trip. That kind of attention? Rare. Nothing desperate to be fancy, just a proper home done right - with care, thought, and zero hassle. Would stay again without thinking twice.
