I hosted a bachelorette party at this air bnb and it was WONDERFUL. a few of the girls in my group said it was the best air bnb they’ve ever stayed at. There is so much room for activity here! We loved all the living room space, enjoyed peaceful mornings in the hot tub, relaxed in the beautiful yard next to the creek, and had an awesome game night in the basement. All while only being a 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. I very highly recommend this place!

I had an incredible experience at Svetlana’s place. Nestled in a fantastic location, it was just a short 15-minute drive to all the destinations I needed to visit. The neighborhood itself was a charming and tranquil oasis, perfect for leisurely strolls, with tree-lined streets and a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to explore on foot. Each evening, I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

We loved the house and its personal touches. It was so nice staying there versus a hotel. We took Lyft everywhere we went and it worked out perfectly. Jeff was very helpful when we asked questions. Would definitely stay there again.

This was perfect for our stay in Nashville! Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Comfy beds and loved the rain style shower head! The location was excellent - quiet at night, but only a 10 minute uber away to all the things one can do in Nashville. Charkia was a great host and very helpful + quick to reply. Thanks for a great stay!

The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you, Matthew and company for your hospitality! We can’t wait to come back!

The hosts of the Airbnb were really nice and fast and responding. Which was helpful especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The place was beautiful and so was their farm!

I was in town for a workshop at Scarritt Bennett Center and I wanted a place in walking distance to that as well as coffee shops and restaurants. It also had to have easy parking, a kitchen, a good sized bathroom, and be clean and comfortable. This cottage fit the bill on all counts and lived up to the description. It has two bedrooms/bathrooms. I only needed one, but it was still affordable. I especially love that it is stand alone, so there are no noises from neighbors above, below, or on the other side of a wall. Very quiet! There are lots of windows to let in natural light when I wanted it and also good shades for privacy. I visited when the weather was cold and can vouch for the effectiveness of the heating system. I don’t know how it is in the hotter months. David’s communications were clear and friendly. I didn’t have any issues that required attention while I was there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Great host and being able to experience the animals and the views were what made it a great place to stay.

Definitely recommend this place. It’s off Broadway so you can escape some of the chaos if you need to but it’s very close to all the attractions. The place was clean and we had everything we needed.

This place exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and the location was great. Ron and Susan communicated well and went above and beyond to accommodate our situation.

The Nash *Haven* is appropriately named, being just 1 letter shy of *Heaven*. Such a neat use of space…not a spot that’s not functional, if not luxurious. The big bed is super comfy, the kitchen is very updated, & the bathroom is top of the line (heated floors!!). It has a private screened in porch & the garden out behind the patio is splendid, right down to the Koi pond. The hosts are very accommodating & all instructions were clear & concise. They were quick to respond to the few inquiries I had, yet I felt I had all the privacy I could ever need. The Nash-Haven is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended this stay & hope to escape to this sanctuary again very soon.

Hubby and I just spent five days at Lindsey’s. It was wonderful. Just like the pictures the amenities are great. The gym is great as is the pool area. Location was perfect to walk to Broadway. Everything was spotless and loved the coffee that was left for us to use. Will definitely stay when in Nashville again.

The house is easy to find and had an easy check in process. It was exactly as it was described and was perfect for what we needed. Shannah has very detailed instructions that came in very handy several times. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to stay.
