Perfect for a family vacation and very accommodating. Plenty of towels plenty of extra blankets and the kitchen was more than well stocked with quality cookware and everything you need for the grill. The large Keurig coffee maker was a lifesaver. It was spotless and extremely clean. The beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. It’s very close to the lifestyle center and the big pools, spa, the bayside beach, and onsite restaurants. The tower pool was great too and not as crowded! There’s Starbucks in the lifestyle center and so many activities to do every day for adults and kids. Greg was very quick to get back to us and answer any questions we had and was very friendly! Very deserving of the term superhost. Just a warning for anyone with a truck that has a lift the parking deck height is only 6’8”. There’s more parking besides the parking deck so it wasn’t a huge deal just a little surprise.

Thank you to Rob, we had a great family vacation! With this house, there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We loved the location, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and local attractions! Rob was a great host! He communicated well, and everything was as described, beautiful and comfortable! Thank you from all the family!

We have travelled all over Florida. Tonya was off the charts as a host. She was the easiest host to communicate with, check in was simple and everything she said prior to our stay was accurate. The condo was clean, safe and perfect location within walking distance to everything. We will stay here again.

Absolutely great location and wonderful service!

The communication during planning was prompt and accurate. The condo and the facility it is in is comfortable, quiet, well-run. The balcony is big enough for all guests to enjoy the view comfortably together. Water pressure, temperature control, kitchen utensils and appliances - all those things that make a place comfy or a little annoying - were all great. Parking spaces were not cramped. Never waited for elevators. And the beaches right across the street are incredible.

We had a terrific stay. The condo was just as expected and clean and uncluttered. A minor issue with the keypad lock was addressed immediately, and they were proactive to advise of a building fire sprinkler inspection. The beach view and access is excellent. Seeing dolphins and pelicans and ospreys and eagles and herons from the balcony was amazing, and we enjoyed the off-season quiet. We'll book again.

Laura was an amazing host! We really enjoyed are stay here! Everything was clean and she has plenty of towels, blankets, and everything we needed! The beach access was soooooo easy and convenient!Just about a few minutes to walk to the beach and didn’t have to cross the street! The pool right out the door was absolutely fantastic! My kids loved it and we loved it so much! We definitely will be coming here again! Laura even had recommendations for things to do and places to eat! Fantastic place to stay! You won’t regret it!

This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

We had to evacuate for the hurricane and found this spot and we really enjoyed it. Dick was very helpful by allowing our cats to be there and he also accommodated us by letting us stay an extra day. The place was very unique and historic.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this delightful place! The check-in process was a breeze. The accommodations were well-stocked and had everything I needed. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The shuttle to the beach/pool was quick and convenient. I loved the golf cart; it added a fun touch to getting around!

Shanna’s place was great! It was close to the DT area that it was only about a 5-10 minute drive anywhere you wanted to go. It was perfect for what we needed

A great home in a great place. Just down the street from grocery, shopping, and coffee. Short 5 min away from NAS West Gate for easy base access. Home has everything you need for a short or long stay, including a good washer/dryer, AC and heating, and TVs. Very responsive host! Would absolutely stay again.

Beth's place had everything we needed. Comfy bed, pretty area, hot showers and area felt safe. We really enjoyed having a place so close to the beach, where we live to be.

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Great location to Fort Pickins National Park. Very responsive to any questions we had.

We loved our stay at Shane's beautiful condo. The location and the VIEWS are absolutely unbeatable. The condo is spacious and beautiful, and we enjoyed the extremely comfortable beds and the coffee every morning. Shane is very responsive and easy to get into contact with, and we had no problems with check-in. This might become my go-to when visiting my folks in Pensacola!

Great location- a balance of quiet and privacy with access to downtown Pensacola. Kitchen is fully furnished. Street parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces available. Very seamless experience.

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

Place was just like described. Was great for our party. The key suggestion was on point. Only wish would be so some type of little table for the master bath. For more counter space. Enjoyed our time.
