Second time staying here, and it is always a pleasure. The last time I stayed, I offered a few suggestions in terms of the unit and instructions, and I was happy to see they had been applied. The unit is very comfortable with lots of open space. The Projection TV is an awesome perk, and made watching the NCAA tournament fun with my family. It is a studio, so no private bedroom, but perfect for a couple for the stay. But the open space lent itself well to a quiet gathering with 7 adults, in our case. Awesome gated patio in the front! Easily walkable to anything anyone would need. I highly recommend!

Diego and his team provided us with good intructions, and they were very helpful and proactive. We much enjoyed our stay at Diego’s place and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful apartment in a great building with amenities! Make sure you try Choi’s downstairs for an excellent dinner and happy hour.

Our stay was so enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and neat. It had a majority of the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and calm even with businesses and schools near by. The private parking spot was a major plus! Do be aware that if you own a car longer than a crosstrek, it may not fit. Also, getting to see two adorable kitties(neighbor’s) made the stay even better. Would definitely book again!

The Airbnb was beautiful! James and his co-host quickly responded within 1-5 minutes. I would not mind returning to this beautiful place it felt like home.

My husband and I loved our stay in San Diego! Would love to return in the future! The view from Clayton’s listing allowed us to watch the Rodeo live on the big screen from Petco Park. We initially were visiting for the Rodeo but only got tickets for the final day however, we were able to watch the previous days from the living room.

Alexis was a great host and was very detailed on everything from check in to check out. Lots to do in the area. Thank you for hosting us!!

Daniel was very responsive and very helpful. The place was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the weekend. Had plenty of beds and rooms and all the amenities we needed. Would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

My best friend and I stayed here with our kids, seven children in total. The house was very beautiful very comfortable. Very spacious very clean. The kids loved the theater room and of course they loved the backyard which is so spacious and absolutely beautiful.They had so much fun in the heated pool. And they all loved the trampoline too! They have picnic benches and a lot of seating in the backyard around the pool as well. We had a picnic back there and even had brunch in the back yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with any and every thing you would need to make any meal. The beds are comfortable. The couches were comfortable. The lazy boys were comfortable plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We just all had a really great time here and I highly recommend it. The Hosts were very welcoming and attentive as well as very respectful of our privacy. We look forward to booking another stay with them again in the future!

The place was exactly what we were looking for!! We were two families coming together with a total of 4 kids ranging from 6-11. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and movie theater and the adults loved the open layout, beautiful backyard, and proximity to a variety of San Diego activities. The place also has easy access to a large number of grocery stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

The place was nice and the location wasn’t too far from where we wanted to be or do at anytime. There is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood
