We enjoyed the stay. The property is clean and have all necessary stuffs, make us feel like at home! The location is great, very close to Macy’s Westfield and local walking area.

Great place near downtown and campus. Everything you need! Big bathroom, ample closet, comfy bed. Michael coordinated parking for my schedule and was very friendly. Highly recommend his two units for folks visiting Palo Alto!

Fantastic location in a residential neighborhood. A nice walk or quick ride to the convention center as well as many great restaurants. Looking forward to staying here when I’m back in town.

Matt was a friendly and responsive host. The places had all the amenities listed. He quickly accommodated my request to turn up the temperature of the shower water. I recommend this place.

Excellent experience. House was well lit, clean and nicely stocked with appliances and other amenities. Communication was superb with quick and positive replies throughout. Will look forward to staying here again when I'm in the neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my time at the property. Traveling for work can often feel impersonal, but this experience felt much more like coming home. The community atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly residents and staff members who made a positive impression. I made great use of the amenities — the fire pits, grills, and gym were well-maintained and a pleasure to use daily. It truly added to the overall experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Nice property in an awesome location. Very close to CalTrain station and California Avenue which has a numerous restaurants, a grocery (Mollie Stones), etc. Property is in a secure building with underground parking. Susan, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and organized. Had everything I needed to cook which is very important to me. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished, and very cozy – it truly felt like home for me. Rick was always available, very kind, and helpful whenever something came up. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to others!

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

Lovely stay - the property is exactly as advertised and located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Los Gatos. Tanya was very welcoming - the house was very well equipped - I would have no hesitation staying there again - highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Zhiwei was a helpful and very responsive host. Highlights were: communal pool (even in October) and hot tub pool; 4 clean towels provided; comfy bed; great TV living room set up with books and puzzles; dishwasher; and a great set of sharp kitchen knives- a rare find in an Airbnb. My only comments for improvement would be: a large saucepan for the kitchen would be handy, there are 2 small pans, 3 frying pans and a hot-pot pan only; and a vacuum cleaner (although both of these more relevant to a long-term stay like ours was). The location was perfect- close to university avenue and the caltrain station, and a 10min bike ride to Stanford. Overall, a fantastic stay, we had everything we needed. Thanks Zhiwei!
