This was a last minute business trip for a couple of nights. I was very delighted with the the space, it was very warm and welcoming and included the small touches that a great hospitable host include! Most impressively, was the proactive and responsive communication by Jacob. He is an outstanding host. I would strongly recommend Jacob as a host and his space!

Jenniffer’s place was exactly as described, easy to find, and we had clear instructions for everything. There were extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms that you don’t always find at Airbnbs, which we appreciated. Jenniffer was also friendly and quick to respond to messages. Overall great stay!

My husband and I stayed at Jamin's place for over 3 weeks and we couldn't have been happier with the lovely accomodations. Jamin has thought of every little convenience and the house was in a great location: close to everything but also secluded and private. Jamin and his co-host, Alejandro, were both super responsive to any questions and were a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommend!

Misha and Anna were great communicators. Place was perfect for what we were looking for.

Chris was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Chris was communicative and flexible, providing us with early check in and giving lots of local recommendations. The house was very clean and nicely furnished, with a lot of nice amenities, in a safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay at Chris’ house again.

Daniel’s place was perfect for our family members , in town for a wedding in Palmetto. He was very responsive, the house was very clean and as pictured. Only thing I would mention is that the queen bed in the “ Bunk house” would be best suited for a teenager . Our 28 year olds struggled going up a steep ladder without hitting their heads. However the pull out couch got good reviews. We all felt at home and comfortable . We didn’t use the pool, as it was a bit chilly. There was a nice area to have a fire and spread out. Good find!

The Airbnb was exactly as expected super clean, quiet and close to everything felt right at home.

We had a fantastic week at Courtney’s condo! Before our trip even began the communication was excellent. The apartment was as described, a short walk to everything we could want or need. The host provided plenty of amenities that made it much easier for us to pack less and relax more. We traveled with two adults and two young kids (3.5 and 1.5) and this place was the perfect size for a couple or young/small family such as ours. The provided baby equipment was clean and convenient! Despite the close proximity to the action, the street was quiet and did not challenge sleep for our kids. Would gladly stay again!

What a wonderful rental from a wonderful host! Ewelina was extremely helpful and just a call or text message away. Her condo is spotless, spacious and inviting! The community pool, hot tub and gym are spot on and the location is just a short distance from all beaches and downtown Sarasota! The PERFECT stay! Highly recommended...FIVE STARS! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending at the Sarasota Yacht Club. It was located in a great area near everything. The apartment was very clean and nice. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We would recommend staying here.

Suzette was super friendly, flexible and responsive. This was the easiest place to get in and out of. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful, safe and quiet property. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!

The perfect 1 bedroom apartment! Very peaceful. Great location, nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful, relaxing outdoor area. Apartment is very clean, efficient and organized with everything you need, just add groceries and you’re good to go! MaryAnn was very responsive and you can tell that she truly enjoys hosting and puts her all into making everyone feel welcome and truly wants to ensure that you enjoy your stay. I can’t think of anything that I would want to change and we definitely plan to stay here again!

Cute little place, perfect for two singles and would work for a couple with a third person. Equipped with everything we needed. Nice outside space too we just didn’t take advantage of it on our trip. Enjoyed our stay, Monia was always available and asked us if she could help us with anything.

Gorgeous place - we definitely want to come back and stay again. Place was spotless when we arrived and looks exactly like the pictures. Amenities were great and we had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Highly recommend
