Very spacious and great amenities. Had everything I needed to cook full meals which is always a plus!

Jenniffer’s place was exactly as described, easy to find, and we had clear instructions for everything. There were extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms that you don’t always find at Airbnbs, which we appreciated. Jenniffer was also friendly and quick to respond to messages. Overall great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Evona’s house. It was so comfortable & nicely furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Super comfortable bed & sofa. Kitchen was great - spacious & well equipped. Especially appreciated the kettle being British! Loved the secluded garden & we had our thanksgiving dinner out there. The street was so quiet & next to the house was a pretty walkway which you could take - 10 mins walk to Aldi (supermarket) & the French bakery (highly recommended). Can’t say much about restaurants as we ate in most evenings but downtown is only a short ride away with lots of places to eat. Not a long drive to both Siesta & Lido beaches & Arlington park with its huge swimming pool is a very short drive or 20 mins walk away. We would love to return for thanksgiving next year.

We booked the house so we could have a relaxing, peaceful bachelorette trip. We got exactly that and then some! The house was gorgeous and much bigger than I expected. Everything was spotless and clean. The pool was amazing. The location was super close to a lot of things, but the neighborhood was family friendly and quiet. A perfect trip with my girls before my wedding! DEFINITELY would recommend and would book again if I came back to Sarasota

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Very easy to find the house with no problems checking in. The house was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was open and roomy, the only thing I would like to have more of was plates, a larger variety of silverware and utensils to cook with. The backyard was nice and opened with lots of space to let your kids run off some energy. The pool was nice and the lania had great area to sit snd relax at the end of the day. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked very well with the extras of toilet paper and towels. It is a beautiful house and I would highly recommend staying with Carolina. She responded quickly to any questions we had and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Misha and Anna were great communicators. Place was perfect for what we were looking for.

Our hosts Edward & Tatiana were outstanding hosts, in so many ways. We didn’t have any problems but did ask a few questions & they responded immediately. We would definitely go there again. My grandkids loved the toys/games in the garage while I loved the decor, pool & heated toilet seat! 😎🙌

Denise and Dean are very friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending at the Sarasota Yacht Club. It was located in a great area near everything. The apartment was very clean and nice. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Charles & Dan’s place. It was cold & rainy during a good part of our stay & they apologized for the weather - 😂 They even allowed us to keep our bikes in their garage. We’ve never had better hosts in all our Airbnb stays. We think this is how Airbnb’s were intended to be from their founding. Great job guys - thank you.

This studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and a great place to come back to relax after an active day. It is close to beaches and trails (enjoyed our daily walks), restaurants, and most important to Venice where our grandkids live! Christina and Don are terrific hosts and we look forward to staying here again when we visit.

We were in the area visiting family, the room was ideal as it is in walking distance to the beach, and close proximity to anything else you want to do. This trip we spent at a several different locations, however the next trip I intend on staying at this location the entire trip.

Maureen gave us clear, actionable information even before we were looking for it. The apartment was exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet at night. The pool was pristine and the view on the waterway was a treat to take in at any time of day! Siesta beach is easily accessible in a 15 min walk with a wide beach of almost flour-white sand and a beautiful sunset view. Would come back here anytime.

We loved our stay! Ideal location across from siesta key beach and one mile walk or free trolley ride into town with lots of restaurants, shops and a gourmet supermarket. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked and Evan was very responsive to any questions we had.

Heidi was an amazing host. All of her cumminications provided us with everything we needed to know about the condo, check in and had great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The condo was well equiped with everything we needed and more. We had such a beautiful and peaceful view of the ocean and the pool from the lanai! It was worth every penny spent and we will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We own a home on Anna Maria Island and we were unable to stay there this winter due to the damage incurred from Hurricane Helene. I was very particular about where I wanted to stay while our home was being restored. Based on the pictures and description of this condo I took a chance and rented it for the month of January. We absolutely loved it! It was exactly as the photos showed and even better because it has all of the appliances, dishware, utensils that you would have in your own home. The walking paths around the facility were safe and well maintained around a lake with many beautiful birds and landscaping. The only downside to our trip was that we had to leave because they had a new tenant checking in. Otherwise we would have booked it for another month or two! We would give this property more than 5 stars if we were able to!

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!

My friends and I loved staying here. It was across the street from the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants. Easy to drive to other cool spots for SUP and exploring. Would highly recommend.

An amazing stay for this retired teacher couple. The place was not fancy, but so comfortable and homey! The pool and lawn area were perfect for coffee or coctails! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make breakfast daily and then heat up our dinner leftovers. The short walk to the beach was the perfect place for spectacular sunsets. Joe was also accommodating and answered all our questions. We sure hope to come back next year. Thanks Joe for the wonderful get a way space!
