The house was great, had lots of room for all of us. The pool was beautiful unfortunately we were there at a cooler time so it was to go to go swimming. We would definitely use this house again if we are in Tucson again.

We loved the keyless entries! Both houses were well stocked with everything we needed and more. In fact, in over 12 years of renting places for our family vacations, Jim provided way more than anything we've ever experienced before. The one time we had a problem, Jim responded promptly and solved it. It was so easy to be there for 8 nights and the beds were really comfortable! Check-out was a breeze. Thank you, Jim!!!

Our stay in Tucson visiting our daughter and son in law was excellent and enhanced by the stay at 421 Helen St. The privacy and quietness were so appreciated. The decor was well thought out and pleasant. The price was perfect. Can't enough about the back yard - beautiful ! The response time from Shawn was fast and considerate. The pool was not heated but sure nice to dip your feet in. We would stay here again!!

Great place to stay, only 15-20 minutes from everything we needed to get to during our vacation there.

This property was absolutely perfect for us! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed, it even offered shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer ( which was not listed) - what a nice surprise! The house and backyard was beautiful! The host was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time! We will definitely be back! Very pleased!

We really loved our stay in Tucson. The added touches in the unit were amazing! Having coffee outside listening to nature was definitely a highlight. We will definitely be back!

It is a very good airbnb. Location is perfect and the communication is good too. They were also super quickly to fix small things in the department when they had too. Few small details: the bathroom is indeed small (as they indicate in their description); it is historic wooden house, so you can hear people coming in and out - particularly over the weekend it was quite busy; please note that for stays longer than 11 days they had a mandatory fee of 72usd. It is indicated in the ap description in the "other notes", so keep that in mind this additional cost when booking this place for longer stays.

Angie’s place is beautifully designed and appointed, quality throughout. Luxurious bed and bed covers, furniture, shades…everything. We love this place and clearly Angie has put a lot of love into it.

The apartment was clean, fresh and thoughtfully appointed. Very comfortable bed and furniture. We especially enjoyed the private back patio off the kitchen and the dedicated parking space. Location was private and provided easy access to bike to the Loop and various locations around the area. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Tucson.

Great place to stay, location was perfect for where we needed to be. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable. Ross was a great host!

This was a great home base for a solo trip organized around soaking up the sun, enjoying the beauty of the desert, and day hiking in the Tuscon area. This charming and comfortable house is ideal for folks who prefer character and authenticity to a hotel's sterile conveniences. The house is behind the Tuscon High track and you can hear the announcer during meets, which take place in afternoons and early evenings (not late at night or early morning). Met a lovely couple from Oregon staying next door, but I didn't hear them: all I heard through the shared wall was the shower running. All that to say, this place is pretty quiet. I'm a light sleeper who travels with earplugs and a white noise machine, but I forgot to turn it on! The mattress is a little worn and the plastic mattress cover leads to overheating, but it was comfortable enough. Lots of great places for food and coffee within walking distance, like Food Conspiracy Co-Op and Time Market. Would stay again!

This cozy dessert spot made me feel like I was on retreat. I was so relaxed. The bed was beyond comfortable… heavenly! Best night sleeps! Hosts so friendly. Wonderfully private and quiet! just an oasis of comfort!

Trini’s place is wonderful, very clean, has almost everything you want or need for a stay. The location is great for privacy, but around the corner and down a block you’re on 4th Ave! Restaurants, bars , music. We love it. Coming ing in the evening my wife like the security lights with sensors, we have always felt safe Trini’s.

This was our 3rd stay at Gene’s casita. The first two were 2-4 days, this time just over a week. We love the area and the casita space. Very convenient not only to the Mercado, but also downtown, 4th Ave and U of A via the tram. Quiet evenings in the neighborhood yet plenty of activity at the Mercado and MSA Annex for dinner, a drink or just walking around. We enjoyed walks along the Santa Cruz River Trail and also over to Mission Garden for some of their fresh fruits and marmalades. Highly recommend Gene’s place for single or couples - we’ll be back again!

Alison’s Airbnb is very close to the Tucson loop trail for me and the close by hiking trails were great for my daughter. The condo has separate bedroom besides the master bedroom which was convenient for my daughter. All in all, it was a great stay and vacation time. I would like to do it again next year. Alison is a great host and the condo was decorated and furnished to make you feel very comfortable. My daughter remarked how complete the kitchen and support utensils were. I appreciated a bed that I slept so soundly.

Weldon and Kristen were genuinely warm hosts. It was lovely to stay in a place that truly feels like a second home to a sweet family. The stunning hikes of Sabino Canyon are so close and it was convenient to have access to a season pass. It was a treat to discover that we weren't the only renters in the complex. All around us were friendly couples from northern climes, especially Minnesota and Washington, and that neighborly feel was an unexpected plus. On the food front: one of the Si Charro restaurants is just down the road, and they deliver. Lastly, the view from the unit is as striking as the photos!

Loved Tammy's place, beautiful decor and super clean. She was so thoughtful and left us snacks and breakfast goodies. If i had any questions, she was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay again if i ever come back to Tucson!

What a lovely condo complex with friendly, neighborly people. It was very peaceful and a safe environment. The location was superb being located near Sabino Canyon. Darrell's condo was very comfortable, providing all the conveniences of home that we needed for our 2 week stay. Darrell was very communicative and easy to deal with throughout our stay. We will definitely plan on coming back to stay !!!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the condo - it had everything we needed and we enjoyed the complex amenities as well. We loved eating breakfast on the outdoor deck and the surrounding area is beautiful. We would stay again.

I could nit pick some things, but I won't. Here is what I liked: -Perfect location for us. Close to everything and Close to nothing. -So quite on our patio you could hear a pin drop. -Very spacious accommodations. -Lighted carport right outside our door. -Less than a mile to wonderful food store. -In same area was Risky Business. I had two Whiskey Burgers and I am supposed to be Vegan!

Beautiful condo, exceptionally well equipped with wonderful touches such as tennis rackets, yoga mats, pool towels and a kitchen that was a chef's dream! Two pools and two hot tubs in the complex and private access to the Ventana Canyon trail. Wendy and Alan were superb communicators. Would stay here again!

Louise and Kevin's apartment was one of the cleanest and best furnished places we have stayed! It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, with a great Keurig coffee maker, plus every possible plate and pots/kettles/pans etc that you would need. It was like being at home. Plus the view from the kitchen while cooking was of the amazing Mt Lemon out the window! The unit faces NNW on the 2nd floor. The stairs were easy to navigate and the dedicated covered parking spot was great. We particularly enjoyed the very easy to use keyed entry system. We enjoyed hanging out on the nice 2 person deck, with a beautiful view. Also, there was a very nice large pool in the community (38 small building complexes of 3-4 units each) as well as a wonderful hot tub in a separate area. We made use of the many trails walking from the unit. On the whole, the unit was everything we had hoped it would be: comfortable, very quiet at night, great location, easy to get in/out. Fantastic!
