This apartment is nice, in a nicely maintained building and offers a great value for guests. I really enjoyed a lengthy stay here, really zero complaints, bed was awesome, water was super hot, easy highway access to everywhere- I’d stay here again for sure.

This little apartment was affordable and within 10 minutes of just about everything in Tulsa. It was private and not too difficult to find. The listing and the description were very accurate. It’s important to note that this is upstairs, and, due to age, the floor is sloped. If someone has any condition that would be affected by non-level floors, this may be an interesting sleep. Other than that, Debbie was communicative and helpful. The space was clean and had lots of amenities to utilize. It was close to Black Wall Street, the Philbrook, and local breweries! Good for a short little pop-in to Tulsa!

I want to say that the place was absolutely so cute!! Everything was clean and pristine!! The place looked just like the pictures online!! There were bathroom items provided!! It was so nice to come and stay for a few days as I was relocating for work! I work as a Nurse so it was great to have a nice calm place for awhile! The only thing I would say is there is a door you come into to get to the apartment that locks! But the actual apartment door was a barn door which really kinda stressed me out a little because THERE WAS NOT A LOCK ON THE DOOR. I’m use to being in a large city so I just wish the door would have had a lock on it!! So if you do have a small child just know the door doesn’t look and it leads to stairs!! So just take that in mind! It’s more of a honeymoon suit! I wouldn’t bring the kids!

This was our second time here and it was just as fabulous as we remembered it! It’s very clean and very comfortable. We loved the personal touches of a welcome note and a Valentine’s Day treat! We are also in love with the neighborhood! We are moving to Tulsa in the next few months so we may not have many more chances to stay here but we will always recommend it to our family and friends!!

Adam was quick to respond to any questions we had. The proximity to TU is just what we were looking for. Would stay again!

Great and comfortable place! Lots of interesting businesses and restaurants right nearby. Nice park right down the street. We had a long stay, and during the stay there was a huge storm that knocked out power across the whole town. Our host Dominik made sure we had some essentials to make it through. Easy to work with and always responds quickly. The neighbors are friendly and the pool is great. Value can’t be beat. I recommend and would stay here again!

Great location, amazing backyard, loved the space. Stayed here for a month, felt homey without clutter. Large comfy king bed. Kitchen had all the utensils I needed to make home cooked meals. In downtown, walkable. Would totally stay here again!

Absolutely great deal in a prime location. So much to do in walking distance so find a good parking spot and no need to move after that. The place was decorated in the coolest way, and I felt right at home. Would definitely do again.

Great communication with Jessi! She is very kind and helpful😁 the spot was very easy to find as well! Instructions were clear as can be, which made for a smooth and simple check-in/check-out. It was extremely clean and neat on the inside as well!!😌 Overall, a perfect experience🙌

Back for my annual stay at Debi's place by the park. The location is perfect for me and it is just like being at home. It's quiet, secure and close to everything I need. See you next year Debi!

Darryl responded quickly anytime we would contact him. Easy to check in. The property is centrally located, close to TU and the fairgrounds. Parking is a little snug, so could be difficult if you are in a vehicle wider or longer than an average car. Overall an excellent place to stay.
