My favorite experience on Airbnb so far and by far! Nothing wrong with any of my previous hosts really but Sharon just outdid them in terms of hospitality, through and through. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable about Winnipeg, respectful of my personal space, friendly, chatty and empathetic. I enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen quite a bit. The bathroom was always clean. When something stopped working (like the coffee machine), Sharon made sure it was fixed within a day. The company of Mr Mojo and Marley I enjoyed quite a bit too! There are many shopping places within walking distance. Neighbors are super friendly. Bus 33 will take you downtown within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to book it again.

We stayed at Aleisha's executive apartment for three weeks and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It has a full kitchen and in-suite laundry, which was very convenient during our extended stay. Aleisha was very responsive. She answered my messages quickly and attended to our requests promptly. I had a medical appointment scheduled for the day of our checkout, and Aleisha kindly extended our checkout time, which gave me peace of mind before leaving for the airport. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. We had a good experience visiting Winnipeg. The people are friendly and helpful. However, there are many homeless people. It is important to look after your belongings. During our first week, our car window was broken while parked one evening. The rental agent at Hertz told us that vandalism was everywhere, even in a downtown hotel like Fairmount. Luckily, there were no more incidents in the last two weeks.

I had a comfortable stay. The area is convenient, every bus you need is in front of this listing. It's a busy area, so be aware you will be hearing sirens during the day and night but thats typical of busy areas. The building has great security measures, and is very clean. The apartment is very modern! it comes with it's own washer + dryer as well.

Perfect little suite with a nice view. I stayed for 3 months. I had the west side room which had a good sunset view. Area not too bad. The occasional homeless outside but I think it is slowly getting better. They were not an issue. Nice new sandwich shop downstairs. Bed was comfortable. Very private rooms. Overall very happy with the stay and the host.

The place was very nice, it had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. I didn’t stay long though. The place really wasn’t for me, but it really is a beautiful place.

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!

Great place to stay. It’s very comfortable and cozy. Parking on premises is ideal. The location is center to many things to do. Only one issue with our stay. Neither buzz codes to enter the building worked. We tried several times. Finally a resident let us in. I notified the host and never received a response. This was disappointing because I believe a host needs to acknowledge any and all situations that are brought to their attention. I hope that this feedback has a positive effect on further arrangements.

Nice place, clean, good host. All one requires for a one month stay. Very convenient to downtown Winnipeg which is what I required. One should always be aware of their surroundings in downtown Winnipeg but that is not specific to Hilda's place.

I have stayed in lots of apartments in the Glass House, and this was by far one of the best! We really appreciated the attention to detail — from clear communication, to welcome goodies…our stay was perfect and added to a fun overnight in the city to attend a Jets game. Perfect walkable location to the Canada Life Centre. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future — thanks Roy!

We had a great stay in this spacious, private apartment in a quiet building. Residents we met seemed friendly and respectable. Well-stocked kitchen (even had some spices) clean bathrooms and beds. Reliable wifi. Lovely morning sun. A real home-away-from-home during our 5 days there. Nice to know: If your party will not be coming and going as a group it’s good to know ahead that there is only one set of keys available. It can be managed with a little planning, though, with the lockbox outside, as long as you are comfortable leaving the apartment door unlocked while you run down and with propping open the main door while you put the keys in it. There is no signage for the outdoor overnight visitor parking, and maintenance is very on it if you park in the non-overnight visitor parking - get clear direction beforehand and leave a note with your suite# on the dash.

Great location! The house was homey with the right temperature for the Winnipeg winter. Jebbin was easy to communicate and provides clear instructions prior to checking in. Highly recommend this place

The building is the classic old Winnipeg type building (it does have a strong cigarette old smell) BUT Emmanuel has created an OASIS on the top floor. Light and bright and clean with a very functional kitchen, this condo is a lovely get away close to Thermea spa (walkable) and lots of great restaurants (walkable and driveable). Thanks so much Emmanuel for having us to stay and for being so responsive to all of our needs.
