I absolutly had a great time. The apartment is wonderful and well equipped, there is everything you need. I was without a car which was not a problem, if you are fit you can walk or you can also take the bus. The apartment is on a hill. The area is great, very quite and nice, and restaurants, supermakt, ocean, hiking trails are all near by. I definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε την Τατιάνα για την άψογη φιλοξενία της. Περάσαμε τρεις μέρες στο σπίτι της είμαστε δυο ζευγάρια και είχαμε την αίσθηση ότι είχαμε επισκεφτεί ένα συγγενικό μας σπίτι, τα πάντα ήταν άψογα στο σπίτι και οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες έκαναν την διάφορα. Τατιάνα σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ και στο επανιδείν.

We had a perfect and very enjoyable stay. There was a pristine, quiet cove within walking distance of the house. Since it was the end of the season, it was very peaceful, and we didn’t need to go to another beach for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the garden of the house. There was no parking problem. It’s a calm and peaceful place. It was an unforgettable experience among birdsong and olive trees. Maria and her husband were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would love to come again.

My family and I are staying for the second time in Thenia's apartment. The location is great, really 2 minutes from the beach. Very stylish and cleanly maintained home, you feel at home, with everything you need. There is a very spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The host is extremely attentive and responds quickly and always helps. There is a great restaurant across the street, 2 km away there is LIDL. We will be happy to visit again.

Eirini and her husband was very polite and very greatful. Her husband was waiting us and explained everything about apartment and market, restoran. Apartment is very clean and nice with beautiful seaview balcony, in center, near beach, market, bakery and restorans. Everything was perfect so I will recommended Eirini's apartment and it's beautiful place to spend your holidays.

Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,όμορφα διακοσμημένο και με όλες τις παροχές και τις ανέσεις που είχαν περιγραφεί στην πλατφόρμα. Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή, πολύ φιλόξενος ο οικοδεσπότης, μάλιστα είχε στολίσει το σπίτι με χριστουγεννιάτικη διακόσμηση και νιώσαμε πιο όμορφα τη γιορτή των Χριστουγέννων.Η γειτονιά ήταν πολύ ήσυχη, με εύκολη πρόσβαση και εύκολο παρκάρισμα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε πολυκατοικία πολύ καλά συντηρημένη. Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή για οικογένεια. Το συστήνω.

We had a one night stay at the place and everything was alright, it was nicely decorated and private parking was a huge plus! The only downside is that it was quite cold in this season and it took some time to warm up the place and it gets cold quickly after you turn the AC off.

Merhaba, Beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir konaklamaydı. Ev sahibi bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Dairede konaklamayı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bölge hakkında verdiği bilgiler bizi memnun etti. Ev sahibi ve eşinin kızımı düşünerek yapmış olduğu kurabiyeler için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Biz çok mutlu ayrıldık.

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

Der Aufenthalt bei Alexandra war außergewöhnlich. Eine unfassbare schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen von Kavala bis Thassos und die Chalkidiki, eine geräumige Wohnung und eine Gastgeberin, die sich besonders herzlich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir haben sogar an beiden Tagen ein super leckeres Frühstück bekommen und auf dem Balkon genossen. Alexandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und tolle Persönlichkeit.

Very spacious apartment with great sea view from the balcony. Originally, we were going to be 2 families but ended up being just 2 adults with 2 kids. The apartment could easily accommodate 2 families. There are 2.5 bathrooms, (which is great if you are more people), large living room and full kitchen. I liked the location, but it is a little far from the center, so you will need to drive. Overall, great place, would stay again. Thank you😊

Eleftheria çok yardımsever ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Verdiği talimatlar gayet açıktı. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Evin konumu merkeze çok yakın güzel Cafe ve restoranlara yürüyüş mesafesinde. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Resimlerde görüldüğü gibi gayet güzel dekore edilmiş tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyordu.

The view from the apartment is fantastic and having a large covered terrace really makes it a great place to stay. We spent a week there and felt at home. Slept well as it’s quiet at night with a comfortable bed. We loved Kavala and found a great local taverna and a bakery nearby. Thanks Anna

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Μείναμε ελάχιστα στο σπίτι μόνο για έναν ύπνο 2 βράδια ,πήγαμε για το καρναβαλι της Ξάνθης. Είχαμε ότι χρειάστηκε με δύο παιδιά. Το σπίτι καινούριο .Όμορφη η διακόσμηση. Είχε ενα δωματείο με διπλό κρεβάτι και μεγάλη ντουλάπα και μια σαλονικουζινα με έναν καναπέ κρεβάτι και τραπεζαρία. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Η Χρύσα πάντα ευγενική ,φιλική ,προσπάθησε να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι ζητήσαμε για την διαμονή μας και με το παραπανω. Μας έδωσε και πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Υπηρχε και ένας σκύλος στην αυλή που δεν ενόχλησε καθόλου. Η αυλή δεν είναι διαθέσιμη για τον κόσμο όσο μειναμε εμείς είναι το σπίτι του σκύλου. Βρήκαμε θέση στάθμευσης στον δρόμο μπροστά στο σπίτι ευκολα .Το σπίτι είναι ψιλά στην είσοδο της πόλης έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση από τον περιφερειακό δρομο. Είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο με τα πόδια θέλει όχημα. . Εάν θα έπρεπε να πω κάτι που με προβλημάτισε Θα ήθελα ένα πιο μαλακό στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι ητανε σκληρό είχα λίγο ανησυχο υπνο. Περάσαμε τέλεια το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα

Πανέμορφο σπίτι,πεντακάθαρο και με εκπληκτική θέα. Ηοικοδεσπότης γλυκήτατη και εξυπηρετική. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Fantastic apartment for short or long stays, has almost everything which is required. The best location in town - walking distance to everything - centre, old town, groceries (practically everything under your balcony). Calm and peaceful with nice views of the neighborhood from the front windows. Responsive and responsible host. Highly recommended for couples or families with children.

Manzarası harika, temiz ve düzenli bir daire. Ev sahibi mesajlara kısa sürede cevap veriyor. Daireye ait otopark bulunması harika bir avantaj. Tekrar Kavala'ya geldiğimde kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğim bir ev.
