The place is squeaky clean and very comfortable. It’s located about 30 minutes outside of Port Antonio so a car is needed to get around. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to Winnifred Beach and Frenchman’s Cove Beach and Blue Lagoon. Overall, it’s a great spot to stay when visiting the Port Antonio area and we highly recommend it.

De blauwe badkamer was een opvallend pluspunt. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel, en alles was schoon bij aankomst. Dankzij de door de host aanbevolen chauffeur konden we ons gemakkelijk verplaatsen. We zouden hier graag opnieuw verblijven.

Upon stepping inside the home and taking a brief walk around, I immediately thought “this is by far the best Airbnb, I have stayed.” The inside decorations were amazing. As someone that appreciate interior design, I was in absolute awe of the choice pieces, layout and details of the space. It’s clear the home was thoughtfully designed as evident in the attention to detail and the consideration for guests comfort. I arrived late evening after a full day of traveling, however check-in was seamless and within a couple minutes I was through the security gates and inside the apartment. I made a cup of tea, ate snacks (several options) before taking a most relaxing shower then head off to a peaceful sleep. The next morning was spent enjoying the natural light as the sun shone through the floor to ceiling windows. I made use of the perfectly placed working area putting together my presentation. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.

Jasti and Deme are excellent hosts! Lovely warm people. The space is modern, super clean and comfortable, and communication was effortless. Need anything? Just ask, and they'll take care of it. We're locals, so we’ll definitely be back. FYI: There are steep stairs, and the lane to the house is a bit narrow, but nothing that takes away from the great experience. One love!

I had an incredible stay at 48 Paddington in Kingston, Jamaica! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambiance of the space. The location is perfect—safe, quiet, and conveniently close to everything I needed. The home itself was beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay super comfortable. The bed was cozy, the WiFi was fast, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Jamaican heat! The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Kingston, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Nicole’ place was impeccable and better than described. The listing does not do it justice!!!! I felt right at home. Safe & secure . It was evident that a lot of thought went into the amenties provided. Nicole was very proactive and provided clear communication. I would recommend this listing to my friends and family!

10/10 recommend and I have all intentions of being back. This was a super last minute booking as my previous booking fell through. I quickly booked with Marvalyn’s place it didn’t disappoint. The whole house smelt so fresh and you can tell someone cleaned prior to our arrive. The host was super responsive and extremely friendly and accommodating. My partner and I had a great time and the house was short of NOTHING!! She thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it without even asking. Marvalyn, I’ll be back!

Our stay was short but it was a beautiful escape from our busy lives. the environment was quiet, the river was close by where we got to chill and relax. I loved the dog. overall I will be more than happy to stay again,.... we are even arranging to host our wedding in that beautiful garden space. we had a wonderful experience... big up to our host.
