We had a lovely 5 night stay at the villa which suited our needs. Zoran was very helpful and check in and out was very easy. Near to the bay and a Great base to explore the local Areas would highly recommend

The house was fantastic. The host was flexible with our check in and met us at the property-could not have been nicer. It is very close to several beach clubs and has a gorgeous view of the bridge. Its about 15 minutes in to old town which we appreciated. It was nice to be at the beach where it was cooler and close to Old Town. It’s very clean and spacious and worked well for our family. Would definitely stay here again. As the house is owned by a hotel they were also helpful with arranging transportation (this is important as Ubers frequently cancel and you don’t want to miss your flight) and stowing bags. Nearby- We spent time at Coral Bay Beach Club (5 star/great food and atmosphere) and Copacabana Beach Club (3.5 star- does have a blow up aquatic play area for kids-meh food). There’s also a chill beach bar next door and a public beach in front of the property.

Great place - will be an amazing stay for you without a doubt. Bathrooms were pristine and very nice and the pool is great to have as well. We spent a lot of time under the veranda just having drinks and food in the evenings. Probably a place better for relaxing and hanging out at a lot rather than using as a means for exploring dubrovnik. Truly spectacular place though. If money is no object, without question book it.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement! Das Highlight war definitiv der wunderschöne private Strand, der uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben für unsere Fahrten nach Dubrovnik Old Town immer Uber-Taxis genutzt, was etwa 10€ pro Fahrt gekostet hat – sehr praktisch und erschwinglich. Wir würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!

Me, my wife and 2 kids had a wonderful stay at Marija's place! From the moment we arrived, she and her husband was incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The house was cozy, comfortable, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. Their kindness and warm hospitality truly made the experience special. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Dubrovnik es una ciudad hermosa, y este alojamiento fue perfecto para emparejar al mismo nivel. Muy espacioso y cómodo, con un diseño de interiores único. Está muy cerca del cable car que te lleva a la montaña y a tan solo 2 minutos de una de las entradas a la ciudad amurallada. Para terminar, el patio y la vista fueron perfectas para descansar y disfrutar por la tarde, lejos del ruido y bullicio del turismo. Muy recomendable

We had an amazing stay! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Some of my family members arrived on a Sunday and as the local shop was closed Nike drove them to a bigger supermarket to get food supplies for the house. She did not need to do this but it was greatly appreciated. Location is amazing. Approx 15 mins taxi into Old Town and Uber cost approx €9-10. Local shop 5 mins walk and well stocked. Area is so peaceful and setting absolutely stunning. We enjoyed many days sitting out on the terrace just admiring the view and peaceful sounds. House was spotless and had everything you could need. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again and would definitely stay here without a doubt

Ivana's place is perfectly located, right at the entrance to the Old Town, by the Buza Gate. Everything is walking distance and the place is always full of life. She is so friendly and helped us get to and from the car park when we arrived and when I was heading back to the airport. Would highly recommend for people looking to experience the Old Town! It really does feel like living in King's Landing for a few days

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed as a group of 8 and had an amazing 3 nights. The Villa is beautiful and met our needs. Dubrovnik is a short taxi or Uber ride away. We didn’t explore close to the villa but the host arranged grocery’s for us on arrival. There’s a beach (Štikovica) with a nice taverna 5 minutes drive away. The host was always on hand to answer any questions and was there to check us in and wave us off. Thanks again :-)

This villa is hugely undersold - it's absolutely amazing. So many beautiful outdoor options, from an undercover barbecue area to various terraces and balconies, and of course the lovely pool. The entire space was so clean we felt like the first people to be there. Communication was brilliant and we much appreciated the clear arrival instructions and the recommendations for local restaurants. We were a family of two adults and two children and we all loved it here. Superb views, lots of space for us all.

We absolutely loved the place, and the kids had the time of their lives. We got into a lovely routine of relaxing on the balcony in the evening, enjoying the fantastic view. Our fantastic hosts recommended a restaurant on walking distance which turned out to be the most excellent and luxurious experience of the whole week. The villa did exceed our expectations and — certainly the gym did so. After just a couple of days we wished we had booked two weeks to begin with, instead of one. Thank you so much, we hope to come back in a year or so!

We had the good fortune to find Andrea and Diana's home late in the season after the rush of tourists that fill the restaurants and clogg the local roads. Our timing helped make our first experience in southern Croatia less stressful than it might have been. The home was spectacular. The modern house is located in a quiet neighborhood village on the outskirts of Dubrovnik with ample space for parking. The roads in the village are tight, but roadside mirrors help. Because of our timing many of the restaurants around the house were closed for the season. A cafe with incredible views and reasonable prices was within walking distance. The local mom and pop shop was open in the morning and late afternoon, but was not opend during their ample early afternoon break. If you're driving bring groceries with you. That being said, Andrea and Diana had the house stocked with essentials from bred to cereal and milk. That was a fantastic treat. The kids loved the pool!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was spacious and had the most spectacular view. I knew that there would be a lot of stairs, but that’s inevitable in Dubrovnik. The view was definitely worth the walk up. We had convenient access to all of the sights of Dubrovnik and had a great time. Sanja was available and responsive before and after our stay. She recommended a great outfit to rent a boat for the day and coordinated a ride to and from the airport. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Dubrovnik.

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

The property is exactly as pictured and was immaculately clean. We were provided with a selection of fruit and other essentials including beer and wine on arrival which was much appreciated. We loved using the pool which was cleaned by the owner part way through our stay. Ivan greeted us on arrival and provided advice on visiting Dubrovnik and other day trips. Zaton has a good selection of restaurants around the waterfront which is a 10 minute walk - we would definitely recommend Kasar. Zaton is 15 minutes from Dubrovnik and, although we had a car, we took an Uber rather than trying to park (which is expensive). If we were coming back to Dubrovnik then we would happily stay here again.

Maison exceptionnelle avec une vue à couper le souffle. Il y a effectivement beaucoup d’escalier (équivalent de 8 niveaux entre le parking et le plus haut) mais l’essentiel de l’activité se passe en bas. Il faut juste prendre son élan pour monter à la piscine.

Best villa and stay, the hosts are lovely and so accommodating! Would come back, everyone in our group loved it!
