We LOVE Jon's beautiful mansion. This is the second time we have stayed and we hope to be back again next year. With three generations of family all together, this really is the perfect place. Easy walk to the wonderful public library (which has fantastic children's area), Textile brewing (great beer and pretzels), Basillica, and the Brew and Brew; and a quick drive to Sundown mountain skiing. The home itself has everything you could possibly need- so much comfortable space to hang out, great kitchen, and large dining room table. We loved the new addition of the bunk beds. One of our favorite Airbnbs.

The place was exactly what we needed, a clean and cozy house with a good location. We felt at home and the beds were very comfortable. Abby provided a wonderful welcome binder with lots of local recommendations and brochures. Highly recommend the place.

First, the place is clean and in a safe neighborhood. I've been traveling to Dubuque for 4 years and found that to be important. It is an older home which I love and has charm. He has the upper and main levels which is cool. We stayed in the loft and it was perfect for a quick trip. If you want a full kitchen then book the main level. The loft has everything you need minus a stove but everything else. I parked on the street since there was plenty of parking but he does have a spot for guests. Most importantly, besides being clean which clearly is a deciding factor, Nathan was immediately responsive and I got the feeling he really wants to make things good for his guests. He helped me out, was friendly and communicative! I feel like he embraces what it means to be a good host. Finally, you cannot beat this price! I've been coming to Dubuque to watch my son play for the past four years and the value for the place is unmatched.

Sharisse is the most caring and responsive host I have worked with on Air b and B. Home is perfect each and every time we stay! Arrival and check out instructions clear and easy. The house have everything you could possibly need and more. The attached garage always comes in handy with poor weather . It has truly become our home away from home!Thank you again for the best weekend ever!

This place was perfect for our family when we went to Dubuque for a wedding. It was spacious and comfortable for 3 adult couples and 2 kids.

This met our needs for a family wedding. It was close to the venue, and there was room for our family. Karen was very accommodating. She was quick to answer any questions, and the space was super clean and spacious. We would not hesitate to use it again if we were in the area!!!!

We were in town visiting my daughter’s school. The house was very nice and super close to the college! Beds were very comfortable! House was very well decorated and cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Noah’s Place here in Dubuque. Just a short getaway for us to enjoy hiking trails in the area. The apartment is super cute, just as shown in the pictures. Loved the vintage look and enjoyed listening to the albums. The apartment was neat and clean. We enjoyed grilling and sitting outside on the patio with the gas fire pit, even though it was a bit chilly. Noah and Callie were helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Cally is a great host and was very helpful throughout the process. The apartment is so chic and nice to stay in - felt very cozy. There is a bunch to do within walking distance, including food, restaurants, shops, bowling, a casino, museum, etc..

Fantastic stay, highly recommend! Everything is clean, and looks like on photo. Detailed instructions for checking and detailed guide at place, describing the local places, house rules, etc. A lot of space in this apartment. On top two nice bedrooms there is a spacious living with vaulted celling, extra den. Kitchen has everything that you need to stay. Location in a walkable distance of everything.

The space was perfect for our two nights in Dyersville for St. Patrick's Day. Great location. Jennifer was very helpful, just a text away. The place is so big. The pictures did not do it justice. We hope to stay here again.

All went according to plan. Place was as advertised in the photos, the directions were easy to follow, and parking was good. Things inside the apartment were labeled, and easy to find.

My stay could not have been any better. The accommodations were fantastic and there were many extras provided, making it a perfect stay. Vicki was an outstanding host and I will definitely seek out one of her properties to stay in, if I am in Dubuque again.

The condo was just as described. Cary clean and well cared for. It was the perfect location for our baseball tournament and walkable to the restaurants in town. Will definitely stay there again!

Simon’s place was perfect for our two night stay! It was walkable to lots of fun shops and restaurants in historic Dubuque, and located across from a lovely park where an arts festival was taking place during our stay. Being from the east coast originally, I love historic buildings with unique architecture and charm, even if they aren’t recently renovated or new and shiny. A cool building and unit if, like me, you appreciate this too! The unit itself was cozy for the two of us with great central A/C, and well worth what we paid. I typically don’t sleep well on spring mattresses, but Simon thoughtfully included a memory foam topper and high quality sheets which made the bed super comfortable. Highly recommend Simon and this listing!

Ryan’s place is always such a heartwarming environment and space to be. Very clean and well maintained, and he communicates promptly if needed. I would recommend any of his three properties to anyone and everyone!

Perfect spot for walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and breweries without the worry of driving. Super clean and beautiful space.
