Kellie and her family did a fantastic job renovating this Orderville home into a tranquil and cozy getaway for National Park visitors. Nestled beneath the beautiful red rocks and a backyard of horses and cows, the property was a picturesque homestead between our hiking trips. We were traveling with an infant and Kellie went above and beyond to provide family friendly amenities, such as a pack and play, noise machine, high chair and kids toilet seat. We were impressed with the detailed host guide and appreciated the local recommendations. This is a top notch accommodation and you will be glad you stayed here!

A great place for our Bryce visit...nicely updated older house and close to Bryce

We loved our stay at this tiny house. It was in a beautiful and peaceful location. It had everything we needed. Slept so well. Hosts had great information for the area that we appreciated. Tiny house but felt very spacious. Will recommend this to friends and hope to stay again.

This was my family’s first trip to Utah, it was the last leg of the trip spending days visiting different National Parks and in the mountains for snowy adventures. This place was the absolute perfect end to a long week of travel. It was cozy, with all the comforts of home as well as special treats of star gazing in hammocks, enjoying a fire pit and bocce ball. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The linens and blankets were better than any hotel. There was every little thing/need met. So many towels!! Laundry soap, dish soap, wine openers, extra blankets, games, dvds… all the little things! The host was super responsive and helpful. The location made it easy for us to go to either Zion or Bryce, which was our plan to leave the last day to whichever we preferred. As a family, we tend to only travel and stay in short term rentals and this is one of the most comfortable ever. The location was convenient, and the only down side is because it was off season. Absolutely recommend!

Bryce Canyon Bungalows (upstairs) was the perfect location for this leg of our road trip through Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Great Hosts. Excellent communication. Directions were clear to the house. Access was easy. House was exactly as described. Everything in the house worked as expected. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was roomy. The bed was extremely comfortable. WI-FI was fast and reliable. We didn’t watch TV so can’t comment on that. We had a perfectly uneventful, relaxing and hassle free stay at Bryce Canyon Bungalows. If in the area, we would definitely request to stay here again.

This was a great spot to stay between two days at Zion and Bryce. Everything was comfortable and clean and we'd definitely stay there again while passing through.

My family and I loved the house. Is nice, clean, and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Great quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are just minutes away. Host was amazing. Very responsive and very helpful.

Some membres in our group were a bit skeptical when booking this place but when arriving they were totally convinced, it looks even better than on the pictures

We had a very short stay. We used bed and bathroom. Both were nice. We had a good stay.

This little condo is perfectly located, minutes from the slopes. It was to easy to find, easy to park and easy to get everywhere. Dennis and Scott were extremely responsive and reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated that everything was super clean and it was easy to cook our own meals as the kitchen had all the utensils. Given we were there over the winter holidays, the building was pretty packed so the pool and hot tub were very full and we could easily hear the folks stampeding above us ( bring ear plugs!) but that’s to be expected with the timing of the trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Really nice basement apartment for a couple nights between Bryce and Zion. I wish we had realized exactly how rural it was, we would've stocked up better before arriving. The place was warm, clean, and as described. I'd stay again if doing the trip over!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!

We loved our stay at Canyon Casita! It was the perfect getaway - so comfortable. The kitchen, living area, bed and bathroom all helped make our Zion adventures feel luxurious to unwind with a nice bath or steam shower and we loved cooking and cozying up to watch movies in the living room. The hosts were also so wonderful, thoughtful and accommodating. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would do it again for our next Zion visit!

Beautiful location and easy access to Zion Natural Park and local restaurants. Very comfortable bed and linens. We could have used more places to put clothes etc as there wasn’t a closet or dresser but we were able to spread out in the main living area without much of a problem. The host was responsive and it was a peaceful spot to come back to after a day in the park.

We had a lovely stay. We loved the yard and picked fresh raspberries, blackberries, pears and apples from the backyard! There was even fresh eggs but we didn’t cook any. The fenced yard was also great for our dog.

Loved everything about the cabin, super cozy and had a good family time, would for sure rent again.

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

Hands down my favorite airbnb stay! A true GEM! The cabin itself is amazing. Location was top notch and we needed nothing! I could not recommend this place more. The trail head that is minutes from the porch is literally breathtaking in some spots, highly recommend that hike closer to sunset. I would love to stay here again! Our hosts were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Do yourself a favor and dont come to Zion unless you stay here!

this was an amazing place to stay for our Bryce and Zion adventures. the surrounding is private and we saw lots of deer on the way in and out of the area. it snowed on the last day and it was magical. we were able to get to zion and bryce very quickly compared to any placed we've stayed. The home is cozy and warm. we loved the retro style and comfortable anemities. we would book here again in the future.

Our stay at Mountain Life Property was lovely. Our hosts were responsive, and the cabin was spotless. The air bnb was perfect, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Prior to our arrival, there was 22 inches of snow, but our hosts plowed the driveway, so we had easy parking. The cabin was stocked with everything imaginable. There were even extra towels to use for the hot tub that we took full advantage of. The spa deck was attached to an additional indoor space that we used to change our clothes after getting out of the hot tub. Overall, our hosts were lovely and the cabin was perfect. We will be back !

Five stars all around! We loved our stay at tbus special little cabin for the few days after Christmas. While we did have quite a harrowing time reaching the cabin in the snow, we madd it and loved ever second there. It was such a quaint, magical little winter getaway. Our 14 month old son got to experience snow for the first time! Regarding our slightly harrowing journey in: our car does not have 4wd, but we had bought chains thinking that would give us the traction we needed on snowy roads. And while that absolutely SHOULD have worked, apparently we have exceptionally terrible 2wd AND bought bad chains without knowing it. One chain broke and we got stuck about 5 minutes from the cabin for over and hour while the sun was setting. We had to knock on the door of a nearby cabin for help! So just a word to the wise if you plan to go when there is snow. You either MUST have 4wd or be very confident in your 2wd AND your chains!

we spent a week using this as our home base while checking out Zion, Grand Staircase, and Bryce Canyon and couldn’t have been happier with coming home to relax after those long days. we had two minor snow storms, each about 2-4 inches total, which added to the joy that of the stay (hard to top some mountain snow). so quiet and peaceful, would definitely stay again! general heads up for the area; it was about 10-20 degrees colder than surrounding areas due to its location/altitude, so if you’re traveling in the winter be prepared. the cabin kept heat well so we were never cold indoors, but make sure you have the right car and clothes.
