Gregg and PD are amazing hosts, and their place is perfect in multiple ways. It is clean, beautiful, and the deck offers a great place to relax. We had everything needed to cook dinner. The location is both private and convenient. It’s walkable to Vineyard Haven and there’s a Black Dog Bakery right as you hit the main road. Regarding the noise from above someone else mentioned in their review, all we heard over our 3-night stay were dog steps — no human conversations, steps, TV, or music from upstairs. Gregg and PD are very friendly and gave us helpful tips and recommendations around the island. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely stay here in this pristine part of the Vineyard. Expect shabby chic. Would definitely stay again. The location cannot be beat and the hosts were very kind and accommodating!

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

Kyle’s home was beautiful in pictures and even more beautiful in person. From the location to each room of the house, my family and I could not stop mentioning how comfortable and intentional everything was. Not only was his home tastefully decorated, Kyle had fully stocked the kitchen, pantry, closets, bedrooms and bathrooms. We bought ingredients to cook from a local grocery store in Cape Cod prior to boarding the steamship to Vineyard Haven. When we arrived at the home, we were completely surprised that the pantry was stocked with the essentials and then some. We were so appreciative that we had such a cozy place to rest given the rainy forecast in Martha’s Vineyard during the duration of our stay. It was the perfect setting for movie nights and eating in. I’ve stayed at numerous vacation homes in the past and this place was by far one of the best for a family trip. Kyle was beyond helpful and very responsive with keeping contact with anything we needed. I would love to stay again!

Wonderful location, close to everything, private, quiet, very comfortable and I really appreciated the cleanliness and beautiful decor. Mary has thought of everything you could possibly want or need, it's an easy place to feel at home.

The bright, clean studio was as described and very inviting. The apartment was well stocked. There were many welcoming comfort creating touches.

Dover House is a beautiful, spacious and spotless home. It is a great place for a family gathering. Our host Erin was responsive to all our needs and provided additional information making our stay more memorable. We especially enjoyed stargazing from the rooftop balcony; we brought a spotting scope which brought the moon and stars closer to us! The home offers plenty of room for your group to gather together yet provides several areas to escape for some personal reflection or relaxation. We highly recommend time in the Dover House and hope we can get back again.

We had a fantastic stay! This house is lovely and spacious. There were 5 spacious bedrooms and not one, but two living rooms. There was more than enough space for our group of 9 to spread out, but there was also a good flow and a great setup for family meals and hangouts. The location is wonderful. A quick walk to both a public and private beach. Highly recommend!

Devon was wonderfully friendly and always responsive and gracious - A Host Hall of Famer! This cottage provided the perfect space for a private and peaceful sanctuary that's also walkable to everything we wanted to get to in Falmouth (town, beach, ferries). Gorgeous, super-clean, comfortable and well stocked - we enjoyed our week here 100% and hope to return.

Lydia’s home was sparking clean. All of the furniture, linens and towels were new. It was a pleasure to not have to bring linens or towels! The house was such a great layout, very open. Lydia was very responsive. We highly recommend this home!

The Edgartown house is absolutely lovely. The owner has definitely invested alot of time and effort into the house - not only is it very very clean, they went really out of their way to have "al the little things" that you don't see in many AirBnbs - coffee supplies and both a drip and Keurig machine, a bowl of packaged snacks, hotel style towels folded on the beds, qtips and bath essentials; even mints in the bedrooms. The table was even set for a party of four with dishes, folded napkins and the works. You don't normally see this level of detail and effort in places - it's clear that Genianna knows exactly how to setup a home for a luxury stay. Of course I'm always on island in the off-season, so I didn't spend much time outside. But the deck, furniture, fire pit and hot tub do look like a great place to spend a summer evening. I almost feel like AirBnB should have Genianna teach a class to other owners how to setup a home for rental. Everything was perfect.

We loved Nikki’s place - a beautiful house, it was a perfect place for our weekend of exploration of Martha’s Vineyard. Nikki was super-helpful and very responsive - proactive with her excellent suggestions of things to do around the island, and immediately jumping in when her help was needed. Our check-in/check-out were seamless and flexible, Nikki was very accommodating and wanted us to have the best time. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great central location to points in all directions! Very comfortable stay for a family of 5. The outdoor shower was a major plus!

Amazing stay. We felt so at home during our time there. Five of us total (including a 7 year old) and we had more than enough space. Amazing light and peaceful. All amenities we needed. Short 5 minute drive to Circuit Ave and everything we needed. We were barely home. Great communication and was extremely flexible about our check in. Looking forward to booking again!

Milagritos' house was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect for an easy walk into town or to the water. We would definitely stay again!

Being right across from the Village Green is a super location in Falmouth. Stepping outside you see historic Green and the surrounding homes and churches--quintessential New England. Plus you walk a couple blocks to all of the restaurants on Main Street. And doing a walk or bike loop down to Surf Drive to see Vineyard Sound is very close. The condo is very comfortable--new kitchen with great appliances and with a washer and dryer that is easy to use. My favorite room was the living room with all of the charm that this historic house offers. A go-to place when visiting Falmouth.

This property was in a perfect location without a vehicle. It was lovely and exactly as described.

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.
