Great location, easy walking distance to town centre, Cathedral, castle and Hadrians Wall walk. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside for us, bed is very low, reasonably comfy but very low. We did follow the instructions re recycling and general waste but that area was very messy.

Cosy cottage with lots of character, in central location. Easy access to shops and sites. Could unload outside cottage, and then go to nearby on street parking. Booked cottage for overnight stay for the Taste of the Sea Festival. Exceeded all expectations when discovered that free breakfast was included at nearby cafe.

Mick's place was perfect for our needs. We could park right outside our door. Inside, there was everything we needed plus a few 'extras' from Mick, which were greatly appreciated. He is very friendly, accommodating and made us very welcome. Great value for money and well worth returning to. The washing machine was a bonus and Mick even provided the washing liquid. Heating was very effective - you wouldn't have to worry about staying in autumn/winter. If you needed anything that wasn't there - we didn't - Mick would do his damndest to make sure you got it. Wifi was excellent. Phone signal was good. Just up the road is Orton Grange, which showcases local food and meat - not cheap, but excellent quality.

The Old Servants House (TOSH) is a very special place to stay. Surrounded by inspiring books, you are able to relax and unwind in comfort and quiet. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped and has everything you need; there are plenty of carefully considered personal touches - arrival goodies, jugs of fresh flowers and clear information... The decor is stylish, retro and in keeping with the aesthetic of the home; lots of curiosities for the eyes, interesting artwork and sumptuous fabrics with soft, luxurious designs. Thanks to Alan and Catherine for all of their advice and generosity. Their attention to detail was considerable, creative and caring. We were lucky to visit when the woods were carpeted with snowdrops; we had stunning sunshine for rambling cliff walks and beach combing; we feel refreshed and happy! Our sadness was leaving and we hope to return, our stay was too short! Thanks for having us at TOSH, it was a real pleasure. 💗

The Attic is very comfortable and warm right in the centre of Portpatrick. The flat is very clean and has everything you need even if cooking a dinner. Cliff top walks and pubs are close at hand. Would definitely recommend

This flat is lovely not far from the Turnberry hotel so great location. Clare was lovely and even dropped the key off for me at the hotel as was having lunch. Lovely quiet area the flat is in plenty of parking. Lovely surroundings beach, light house. Highly recommend will be back 💖

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Clares. It was a perfect stop over on our long drive from leicestershire to aran island. Clare was super helpful, communication was excellent and her instructions were so clear it helped with ease at check in on a long drive. The place was spotless, homely and had everything we needed. I loved the little rabbits everywhere it was a beautiful touch and we felt at home in a quiet comfortable place with tranquil surroundings. The beds were super comfy. thank you so much for a lovely stay. we would definitely recommend x

What a lovely apartment and dog friendly! Great communication, easy to find and access, great location for what we needed. Very clean, lovely decor and furnishing, great bathroom and both bedrooms were comfortable and warm. Highly recommended.

Warm and cosy with a great shower. The living and sitting room are small but absolutely useable. The bathroom is warm and light and the bedroom is large with lots of storage. Having stayed in many places in the area I would stay here again just for the value for money. Its not the prettiest or most modern but its nice and clean, hot water and heat work well and its a great location. No noise in the bedroom at the back.

Lovely place to stay, handy to lots of places and a great deal!

Colin contacted us prior to our stay to give us accurate details of where to go, and what to do. He gave us his contact number incase there was any issues, and told us to contact him anytime. His apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the photos do not do it justice.. and the views from the balcony were 100%. The location was perfect for what we was looking for. We would highly recommend ,and definitely stay there again.😊

Fantastic apartment for a weekend stay. Extremely comfy bed and well stocked kitchenette. Rebecca was great with her communication and check in was quick and easy. The hotel facilities included in our stay were great, with a pool (free pool towels available), sauna, bar/restaurant and kids games room. Lovely grounds, quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Keswick. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing for a quiet, peaceful stay clowe to other towns and attractions.
