Fantastic place by the water, great location for going in and out of town. Very spacious and exactly what we needed as a family of 4. Karen was super responsive and very helpful, added bonus was the cot and high chair which meant we didnt need to load ourselves up with equipment travelling from down South!

Just back from a lovely stay with my husband and dog! The cottage is well thought out and has everything you need. A very comfortable and cosy space. The best part is the location- we had our morning coffees outside overlooking the beach and loved being able to open the gate in the garden and walk straight on to the beach- our dog was in paradise! We will definitely be back!

Mike was very quick to respond to all communication and provided accurate instructions how to find caravan easily which was appreciated in the dark. Very clean, comfortable caravan with well stocked kitchen in a beautiful area. Caravan less than a minute walk to cliffs with beach below for sunrise watchers.

What a fabulous little house! So cosy with beautiful views and a great cafe just across from it. Lovely walks over the cliffs - we saw dolphins and seals - amazing. Shame there’s not a pub in St Abs but we walked into Coldingham along the cliff path for a drink - we came back the same way as there isn’t a pavement on the road back but if you take torches the cliff path was okay - barely needed the torches as the moon was so bright. We will definitely be back again.

We have felt at home during the two months we have stayed at the Curlew Cottage. The place was spacious and very homely for a family of three plus a little dog. It has all that is needed, and the location in Cellardyke was stunning. We thank Lisa for the welcoming and we would definitely try to go back there if we ever come back to the St. Andrews area. Great place to spend the week whilst visiting our son who works in the city, beautiful surroundings amazing walks everyday, the planes can be noisy but it’s only brief and shouldn’t put you off. Great base for touring the coast and surrounding area as well as the city, 10 min walk to the bus then 1/2 hour journey into the centre. We enjoyed days out at North Berwick and Loch Lomond about an hours drive. Walks to Cramond island and down river to the falls are a must, what a place to wake up every morning, views are stunning, thanks to Donald for being a great host PS the pub next door due to re-open very soon, the new owners are really nice should be great, hope to return very soon

Had a fabulous long weekend at the Puffin Burrow. Perfectly located just across from the beach and a few minutes walk to some great places to eat in town. We loved sitting in the window watching the sea with a glass of wine or cup of coffee (depending on the time of day!) A great base for exploring North Berwick and once we’d parked we didn’t move the car until we left. Walked from our door along the coast to Tantallon Castle and the cliff top Drift cafe (recommended!) as well as to the top of the Law for a great view. Slept well in the very comfy bed after enjoying the sea air.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

My family and I went to spend just the weekend in Scotland but everyone loved the place so much we wished we stayed longer. The place was so nice and calm. A lovely get away. And very communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay will definitely visit again

David was very responsive. He had tea, coffee, milk and biscuits ready for us in the caravan. The caravan was perfect to the description and clean. He sent me clear instructions for check-in and helpful instructions.

A beautiful, warm and delightful holiday home. Few mins walk to the beach and on a lovely holiday park with great facilities for children and dogs. Amazingly stocked kitchen equipment and such comfy beds and bedding. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Booked to stay here last minute with my young son and we loved every second of our time here. The caravan had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal and we also managed to fit in a quick trip up to Edinburgh. We would definitely book again for a longer stay. Thanks

Maggie is an amazing host. We arrived to find groceries already waiting for us and a belated birthday gift for myself. Communication was easy and fast. Kids loved the bonus of the play station and the two ride-on bikes. Easy to catch bus 26 from just outside the park to go into Edinburgh. We loved that the location of the van was close enough to everything of the park but still in a quiet section.

Great place to stay, nice caravan. Constructive points...doors need new latches to keep them open when hot, or take some string. Would be helpful to clarify that no towels or toilet rolls are provided. Be nice to collect all the cigarette butts outside. Also couldnt get bluetooth connected for the sound system. Small details, but overall, a great stay, great location and would go back.

Wonderfully thought out and presented small cottage - location is very special, decor is cohesive and the place has everything you need. Lots of beautiful items throughout showcasing the area. We were lucky to have fantastic weather for early March and enjoyed walking along the cliffs and visiting the local villages. Highly recommend and would love to visit again

The Rockpool is a fantastic home away from home. Beautifully presented and a superb location. We loved having such easy access to the beach for our dog - she loved running on the beach. It was a lovely relaxing base to explore Northumberland and all it offers. Thanks.

The accommodation was superbly appointed, spotlessly clean and absolutely everything you would need! The Prosecco was very welcome - thank you. We have stayed in lots of places and this was the best by far! We would not hesitate in recommending to anyone! Thank you so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Stewards Cottage. The location is perfect - peaceful and with great views but also so close to amenities in Berwick. The cottage was cosy, spotlessly clean and the log fire (with logs supplied) was great. We'd definitely love to go back.

We had a great stay at Susie’s place, the house was perfect for us. It was a-lot bigger than we had expected. There were 7 adults and 3 kids with us but we could have fitted another few. The location was great too, just a 2 minute walk from the beach you also have the chemist, a Deli, a pharmacy and a pub all in the same street. We will definitely visit again.

Great location to explore Nprthunberland. Clear and precise instructions. Try arrive before dark on the first day as it was not well lit. cosy, clean, warm and comfy. Well equipped and thoughtful gestures - we enjoyed the cake! thank you.
