Great flat ideally placed for the town centre, it had everything we needed.

Craig was very responsive, right from the point of booking even till we left this morning. Well heated space, with availability of kitchen utensils. The apartment is close to some shops and a grocery store. Easy navigation to the city centre (about 20mins walk and 5 mins drive). Good space for a couple or 3 friends to stay when visiting Dundee.

Hamish's place was lovely, cosy and exactly as described communication was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if I had to stay in the area again

Lovely flat, stocked with everything you would need for your stay in Broughty Ferry , warm flat with good shower and hot water ,especially enjoyed having a T V in my bedroom, Hamish is an excellent host , making sure you have everything you need ,shops and restaurants just round the corner , would definitely stay here again

Eine schöne Unterkunft, die ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen kann. Hamish ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und war gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach toll und liegt unmittelbar am Meer. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zur Uferpromenade. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Lovely stay! I was up here for work, and the property was perfect—clean, well-equipped, warm, and with very comfortable beds. Made the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We travelled from Perth Australia to visit family for the Christmas period and David's place was the perfect location for us to stay. David's place is cosy, clean and well presented. His house will be top of our list when we return to Perth in the future.

3B Bakers Lane is a gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in a quiet lane in the centre of St Andrews. The location couldn't be better as everything is minutes walk away. The flat itself is lovely with two double bedrooms, both with en suites so my daughter and I had our own space. The open kitchen and living room is very cool but cosy as well with lovely central heating. Very clean and well equipped, I'd highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting St Andrews and would definitely book it again.

This is a beautiful property very well maintained, comfortable and in a lovely location just minutes from the town. Old Course golf club 10mins walk so everything is so convenient. No bother checking in and out and all instructions to hand. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

Very warm and comfortable, a welcoming atmosphere. We were going to theatre which was just a few steps away. A home from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross and Eva’s place. We were visiting family locally and it was the perfect base for us. Great location, just a short walk into town or across to the North Inch for a walk by or run. The flat was really warm and cosy. Great fully equipped kitchen with plenty amenities. Both Ross and Eva were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I would use this place again. We used this place for our golf trip. It was great to be able to come back and hang out in the lounge and also have seperate bedrooms for the 3 of us. Great host very responsive, car parking was very good. Was in a local school/nursery car park so felt it was safe.

I enjoyed my stay in Dundee. It's always a great help when you find an excellent Airbnb that delivers everything it promises.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Tara was a great host. Her place is in great shape, and has a great view of the water. It is convenient to restaurants in Dundee, and a 20 minute bus ride to St. Andrews. All good!

Just returned from 5 nights over Christmas at Amanda’s. Such a lovely flat with beautiful decor and homely touches. It was lovely and peaceful and very quiet. We defo return in the future when we visit Dundee.

Warm and welcoming apartment in a great location over looking the park with plenty of free parking. The flat is well equipped and as everything you would need for your stay. The host communicated well before, during and after the booking. Would recommend and would stay again.
