The house was lovely. It was maintained very well, very clean, and I could feel that Mary and James have put in a lot of thoughts for making visitors’ stay pleasant. I would definitely visit again/recommend to my family and friends.

Sandra's house is in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. I would highly recommend. The living room is very spacious, has multiple couches and an open fire. The kitchen contains 2 ovens with 7 -8 rings for cooking, and a decent size fridge freezer, ideal for preparing meals. Outside rating area is ideal for alfresco dining. Perth is only 20 minutes drive away and contains loads of restaurants, pubs,shopping centres. A quick check of Google maps shows you that the surrounding area is peppered with castles. We had a very peaceful stay and felt at home

Julie was a fabulous host, extremely proactive and helpful! The annexe itself was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, we had two large dogs with us and there was plenty of room for both of their crates in the living room. It was a great location too, Dundee city was only a short drive away but the house itself sat within open countryside with lots of great walks nearby for the dogs! Would definitely recommend!

A very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pauline’s Airbnb! Communication from the start was very informative and check in was easy. Two cars can fit on the drive also. Upon entering the property, we noticed how spacious and clean everything was - looked exactly like in the pictures. There’s a nice garden in the back with a log burner too which we didn’t get to use but would be lovely in summer. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the fridge was clean. Lots of blankets in the living room and bedrooms which made the whole place feel very cosy and comfortable. Plenty of towels provided also. Overall I would definitely come back to stay here with my friends 😊 Pauline was a great host!

We had a really lovely stay and the view was so breathtaking that all you wanted to do was look at it. I am a little bit disabled and found the stairs and gradient to garden a bit difficult. It was manageable for me and well worth the effort but people need to be aware of this if they have mobility problems. The fisherman’s cottage was very well equipped with everything you need for cooking the amazing local produce that is available. We loved the local smoked salmon and smokies from Arbroath. It is perfect for staying with well behaved dogs. We didn’t have one but the cottage is very dog friendly. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We had a really wonderful few days in this rustic fisherman’s cottage and will indeed return.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently stayed for three fantastic nights at Erigmore Spa Cottage in Birnam, Dunkeld. The Cottage had cosy feel, sunny bright spacious rooms, private back yard with a large hot tub! Located in a quiet park, with plenty walks around the area. We came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. We hope to return sometime in near future.

We had a perfectly peaceful stay at beautiful Fingask. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious; milk, shortbread, tea/coffee provided on arrival. We took day trips out and explored the grounds. Fingask was exactly what we were looking for for our short break - and the sun was shining too!

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

absolutely loved Kates place for my short stay! it was cheaper than most hotels & fantastic value for money. the bed was extremely comfortable & the flat was very very modern, much more modern than most airbnbs.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sally and Richard’s little haven, and what a memorable experience it was! Their place is truly a slice of paradise, filled with adorable animals and the friendliest dogs you could ever meet. The warmth and kindness they showed through their hospitality made us feel right at home🏡. They were always just a call away if we needed anything, and their genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just a stay—it’s a beautiful memory I’ll carry with me for a lifetime❤️. A must-visit for anyone looking for peace, charm, and a little animal magic🪄

Lovely modern flat, very easy access and super comfortable and clean. Lovely super king size bed and our host sorted a cot very quickly when we realised there wasn’t one set up. Has all you need and about 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. A Lidl right next door was super convenient for us to cook etc. Would happily recommend!

We have stayed here before, and will be back again, we are a family of four and this space is perfect for us. Comfy bedrooms, a kitchen with all you need, gorgeous bathroom and the beach is less than one minute walk away. The play park at the end of the road, overlooking the beach has recently been updated and my kids adore it. An abundance of cafes and places to eat, our favourite is the cosy Fisherman’s Tavern. Booked for colleagues, the apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for the team when working away. Olivia was always quick to respond to our questions and requests. We would book again when back in the area.
