Perfect stay! A good amount of space and a location that can't be beat. Claire also provided a lot of amenities that places don't always provide, which really made the stay less stressful since we were traveling with a baby. Highly recommend!

Jessica is a great host; she is very communicative and ensures everything is going smoothly. She has a lovely cottage, and my friends and I had a very pleasant stay. The beach was very quiet, and the hot tub was a lovely touch. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone trying to get away for a bit!

Kathleen’s home was perfect! We felt comfortable from the beginning. It was well stocked with extras. A great place to visit with an elderly person, or someone with limited physical abilities. There was only two steps, and a walk in shower! I can’t wait to return when the weather is nicer so we can see the beach.

house is absolutely gorgeous, even in the "off season" for this area. the previous guests had left beer cans and cigarette butts outside and in the fire pit. but otherwise the place was in great condition ans a pleasure to stay in

Hospitable merely begins to describe the stay my friends and I had at John’s property. The place offered everything you could need and then some. Communication was superb, instructions were clear and John was kind. The location of the house was phenomenal. Sunrises were gorgeous and the hot tub was great. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing staycation at Diver's lakeside retreat! We were blown away by the gorgeous views of the lake, the natural lighting throughout the house, and all the little details that made us feel right at home. We arrived at the house and didn't leave the entire time! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. This house was even better than we had hoped for based on the pictures and descriptions. Our family loved cuddling up on the comfy couches in front of the fire, watching movies, and soaking in the enormous tub. My older kids especially loved having their own "wing" upstairs between the bedroom and the game room. We loved this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We can't wait to go back in the future and make use of the hot tub and multi-level decks. Don't miss out on this absolute treasure of a home right on the lake.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Was exactly as listed. Richard was super responsive and very helpful to make sure check in went perfectly. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay again.

I went during the off-season - it was easy to get to, Joyce was incredibly helpful and kind! Would definitely love to visit again in the future. She was very accommodating and friendly! I loved the whole eccentric vibe of the town and everyone felt very welcoming and friendly.

Leanne’s place was so cozy and a great stay for a weekend spent skiing at Peek n peak resort! She was so kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She was flexible for our check in and check out times which is really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The space was clean and well taken care of. The hosts did so many things to make my stay enjoyable!! I have never had an Air BnB host bake muffins for their guests!

The house was very comfortable and Larisa was really a very sweet host. It is near to the falls and we could find the WeGo bus stop in just about 5 mins of walk. We had a great stay and didn't face any issue. Would definitely recommend staying in this place.

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Tage in dem Lake House in winterlicher Stimmung am zugefrorenen See. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch sonst hat die Unterkunft alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und würden uns sehr freuen wieder zu kommen!

The cottage was incredibly clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for cooking and the bathroom was a nice surprise as well. There was staff onsite every day to maintain the common area, beach, and help with anything you may need. The beach is huge, clean, sandy, and ideal for long walks. The sunsets are spectacular as well.

This was our 2nd stay here, and experience was just as great as the 1st! Ideal cottage for relaxing at the lake! Exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the fireplace while watching the wildlife activity on the lake! Tina is one of the top airbnb hosts that we've had the pleasure of dealing with!

Summer Haven is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful home, right on the water, with the best views on the Lake. The owners were very welcoming and kind. Their cottage is next to their home and they have put a ton of love and time into their property. It was quiet, serene, and relaxing. The location is close to the Institute, restaurants, and shops. Mayville is by far the best spot on the lake. It's a short drive to Bemus Point and Jamestown. The home was comfortable and provided lots of towels, bedding, and comfort. I gave the cost 4 stars as it's so expensive to rent any property today. If the cost remains the same next year, we'd LOVE to return! Also, thank you for allowing our pets to come with us. They are family and it wouldn't be a vacation without them. Truly appreciate the inclusion of furry pets. Thanks!

Beautiful and well kept home. Scenery is breathtaking. Jan is so nice and made sure everything was ready for me when I got there and checked on me once I arrived. I will definitely be back for another visit

We had a lovely stay at Victoria’s place. It’s a cozy little cottage, perfectly located near the lake. You can even catch a partial lake view right from the living room, and the view of the landscape from the backyard was absolutely beautiful. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot—just what we needed for a serene escape. Our 15-month-old really enjoyed the stay too. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wir waren für 10 Tage Anfang November 2024 in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft. Der Stellplatz für den Mietwagen ist auf dem Grundstück direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Aksnay war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.
