Sylvia’s place is awesome. This was our second year staying there and plan on returning for many more trips.

Wonderful stay right on the river and a very short drive to beautiful hikes all around Shasta. Candace's guide covered everything we needed for a lovely weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Redwood Cottage! It was peaceful, and the home is very comfortable. Jessie provided clear and timely instructions. We would stay here again.

This house worked perfectly for our family of 4. We had our own space and privacy at night which is so much better than cramming in a hotel room. Cammy’s house was so clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for our 4 nights there. The linens and towels were high quality and smelled fresh. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked all our meals there. Having access to a washer and dryer after snowboarding all day was so helpful. We felt comfortable and at home at the house and we look forward to returning!

We enjoyed a night in sheltering from the rain and felt right at home. Coziest linens and beds got the best night sleep. Open living space made for a great night of catching up with friends. Clean welcoming open bright space. Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at butterfly cottage in Dunsmuir. There were so many warm touches and the house felt like a home away from home with high end furniture, bedding, bath products, and kitchen ammenities with an open floorplan. Everything was so comfortable and we loved the design aesthetic. All the thoughtful touches and decor was lovely. There is noise from the train, which we liked, you can always use earplugs . The backyard was really great for warmer weather and the river is a short walk and restaurants also. Of note, the two bedrooms are separated by a thin door so, not a lot of noise privacy when in the bedrooms.

It’s a great location close to the Nordic and downhill ski areas- with a beautiful view of Mt Shasta! The kitchen was well equipped (no cheap cooking stuff) and everything was clean and lovely. Anna’s place was wonderful. The pictures were attractive but it was even more attractive in person. It was walking distance to downtown. The water was cold and fresh. They had delicious coffee stocked for us and everything you would need to cook a meal. Everything was super clean and communication with Anna was great

We loved our stay. The place is older which adds to the charm. There are tons of amenities that are so welcoming. Lots of little details to accentuate the butterfly theme. If you like the outdoors, there is a lot of activities within a 30 minute radius. There is also a diner open 24 hours a day in town. I absolutely loved our time spent here. Absolutely peaceful. I didn’t need to connect the host because she reached out with a lot of information about the stay, location, activities & service first. Tons of towels, and definitely way more than the usual bare minimum. Snacks, coffee, towels, hot water. And YES, the tap water is spring fresh and delicious. Don’t miss trying it out. That was my favorite feature. ❤️

It was a wonderful stay for 3 people. The place is peaceful, clean, and had all the listed amenities. Very close to the train station with a direct view of trains passing by. The place is great for exploring Mount Shasta and nearby points.

A nice, peaceful and beautiful place. Conveniently located, almost 15 mins to Mt Shasta City. Host was very friendly, responsive and accommodated our odd hours checkin and checkout. Very knowledgeable about the area as well.

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place to spend the night in between hikes or camping. Surrounding hikes are nice and short with great views and the place is close to longer hikes ranging from 4-10 miles. Highly recommend staying here and the AirBnb far exceeds the price you pay for it. Value for money is through the roof.

Our stay at the Airbnb was truly delightful! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect—just a short stroll to the heart of town, where we could easily explore an array of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. We were thoroughly impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was, and the place was equipped with all the essentials we needed. We would absolutely love to return for another visit!
