We rent a house to ski for presidents week. This was a great location. The kitchen was big there was a nice sized refrigerator. The directions for using the heater and coffee pot were helpful. Some airbnbs are restrictive with supplies like soap for dish washer. This was not the case, for this unit. They had a well supplied kitchen with things like a baking sheet, and strainer and crock pot! We had a great time playing games and relaxing after a long day skiiing. My kids (10, 13, 16) had space to spread out. The neighborhood was cute and safe.

We stayed at the grey wolf lodge and had no issues what so ever. This place was very accommodating and Jordan was so helpful!! Nothing beats sitting outback looking at the pond,we will be back 🥰

Wonderful home with a focus on details, ensuring guests have all necessary amenities. The garage offers ample space to dry ski equipment. Large kitchen that is well-equipped. Elizabeth was a warm and attentive host.

Toad Hollow was great for our group of 7 adults and children. We loved playing in the snow, sitting on the front porch, building puzzles on the big dining room table, cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen, taking baths in the clawfoot tub, watching dvd’s, and walking to restaurants in town. Toad Hollow is close to Mt Shasta ski park. The large mud room was great for offloading snow gear. It was nice having a washer and dryer to dry wet snow gear! Jill was very responsive when we accidentally deadbolt locked the keypad door and went out the back (the back door has a door knob lock that can be pulled closed and locked). She came by and unlocked the house while we were at the ski park so we didn’t have to deal with not being able to get in when we came back. We would recommend Toad Hollow for its cozy, like home, atmosphere.

We had a great stay at this Lauren's place! The home felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in as it was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with a minimal aesthetic that made it easy to settle in. The hardwood floors added a nice touch, and one unexpected perk was the white noise machines; they offered different sound options that helped us wind down at night. The location truly couldn’t have been better being within walking distance of downtown and just a quick 15-minute drive to the ski park, which made our trip super convenient. One thing we hadn’t fully realized before booking was that the home is a duplex. Unfortunately, the guests upstairs were quite loud late at night and early in the morning, despite the stated quiet hours. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was noticeable. That said, everything else about our stay was fantastic, and I would absolutely book this place again for future ski trips to Shasta!

We really enjoyed the house. The location was great for skiing at Mt. Shasta. The Kitchen functioned really well. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room together. There were lots of nice blankets - although the house was already warm and cozy. Jill was very responsive.

My husband kept telling me that this has been his best Airbnb stay ever. We had one snow day during our 6 night stay, and it was all we had hoped for. We were able to do sledding in the backyard and sure it made my 2 children super excited and they would remember this trip for years to come. The scenery was just breath-taking. Great friendly host, recommend AWD cars during the winter stay. We didn't hit a big snow storm but good advice if it did happen.

The house is in secluded location near small river (called Sacramento). Cozy and old fashioned cabin inspired by fishing theme. We had kids, which occupied second floor with plenty of space and beds. Large kitchen with lots of kitchen ware and utensils. Good place if one wants to escape in nature. Sylvia was responsive and quick to resolve any questions

Private, clean, and accommodating. I don’t eat out and the kitchen was perfectly accommodating for food away from home. Simple yet thoughtful. Slept great! Thank you!!

It was a great place with modern, stylish and beautiful decor. The beds were firm and comfortable. It is accesible to trails that lead us to the creek. It is right by I-5 and the train track, but the noise did not bother us at all. The heater was set at a comfortable temp. It was very clean too. It may be pricey for the area, but it was great. We would love to come back.

Cave Springs was a great place to stay and enjoy the area. We will definitely come back to stay at the other options they have and explore the area more. It’s close to so great trails and there are beautiful scenic areas that provided us with some great memories. Thank you

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our tiny home and were pleased with all the amenities. We didn’t see the pool (perhaps we missed it)!

Great location and airstream matched the photos. The heater (if you’re here off season like we were) was excellent. Really good customer service, they went out of their way to help us.

Newly renovated units in a small woodsy area off of I-5. The Beech House, where I stayed, was very cozy and cute which was lucky for me because I got snowed in and the freeway was closed all day so I had to stay another night. Nick, the maintenance guy, is a life saver. I hear it's adorable in the spring.

Leah's place was the perfect location for a peaceful weekend retreat and provided the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The space was exactly as described and a great place to explore the broader area. Leah and her dad were extremely responsive to our questions and requests. It was fun touring their vineyard and learning about the history of the region. Highly recommend!

Do not think twice about this beautiful, calm, clean!, relaxing place. GO! The grounds are kept up with love and beauty that a mountain garden should be when loved by it's gardener. Socked away so you feel far away from the things you need to get away from, that's why you went there in the first place right! The grounds cats that are special to the breed, with personalities to match. Trails all around and ones outside your front door. You will never want to leave.......seriously! Host's are delightful cabin very nicely kept. Meadows, roads and rivers to walk down in the evening. It's definitely a return for me lots to do up there if you love the mountains!

Had a great stay at this property! The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The overall experience was wonderful, and the host was great. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying in this beautiful region. It's close to the swimming hole, river and lake. Be had a great view of the mountains from the spacious and comfortable back deck. Since we have small children, it was nice to have access to laundry, bath tub, and a collection of kids DVD movies. The internet is Hughes, not Starlink, so the speeds may not be ideal if you need to telecommute or stream Netflix. Also, the peak heat season may be a bit less comfortable because there is no air conditioning. Overall, the house is spacious, well card for, and the host is kind.

We really enjoyed our time at Dan and Julie’s place in Sleepy Hollow. We had the vacation we were hoping for including a relaxing, comfortable place to stay with our dog, and ease of location to our favorite ski mountain. The house feels like you are visiting family, and the host were very friendly, helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again during the winter.

John’s place is perfect to enjoy the Shasta/McCload area. It’s a great location for summer and winter activities. My family can’t wait to come back

We completely loved our stay. Great house at the end of a road so very quiet and “just for us.” We skied everyday and it was easy to get to Mt Shasta Ski Park. Downstairs basement entrance/mudroom and laundry were very nice set up for skiing. Kids sledded in the yard and made snow-women and forts. Kitchen was well stocked. Everyone happy and comfortable. Laurie was very responsive and helpful. House is designed so you hear everything so light sleepers, bring ear plugs.

Janet's place was quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. It was the perfect place to disconnect from our busy lives and my little dog was welcome to go too. We enjoyed not having a tv, it gave us more quality family time. We will stay again !!!
