We found Tiffany’s place to be good for our needs. Beds were extra comfy. Be aware that it is a second floor flat and there is no dishwasher. Those things were in the listing, but we overlooked them. Neighborhood felt safe and was surprisingly quiet for a Chicago suburb. Tiffany was very responsive in a timely manner. Thank you!

Once again a perfect stay at Lynette and Efrain's! We love it because it is remarkably clean and well stocked. In addition, Lynette may be the best communicator on the planet from a cheerful welcome to always being there when you need her. We come twice a year to Chicago to visit family (just a few blocks away) and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thanks for the TLC, Lynette!

We had a great experience. Ginger was really good about communicating with us. We had complete instructions for navigating the gates and locks days before we arrived. The unit was nicely laid out and had every essential you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. Close proximity to all the places we wanted to visit downtown, in the western suburbs, and in the fun neighborhoods like Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Albany Park, Ukrainian Village, etc. And, essential for us, there were multiple, great coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. We never had to park more than a few hundred yards from the front door, and on most days (we stayed a week) we parked within 50 yards of the unit. We would definitely return to this unit again.

The place was almost perfect. The Walls are very thin so you can hear everything other than that not bad at all oh and find the SERK art this is an insider for those who will pay attention at their stay.

This was a very spacious and clean apartment that comfortably hosted our family of 6 for several days. Having two separate living areas was very useful and allowed our group to spread out a bit. The full-size crib in the extension area off the master bedroom was also much appreciated as we had a 2-year-old with us. The building is on a quiet street just one block from Humboldt Park and two blocks from restaurants and shops on North Avenue. There was a grocery store within 2 blocks. Dubbs was a very responsive host, and we appreciate his flexibility with checkout time. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed a week for a work event. It was a great location near enough to transport and walkable to places to eat and grocery shops. We had breakfast a lot at the Breakfast House right at the building so convenient and they were so friendly. The building has alot of character which we liked a lot, we worked down stairs in the foyer which was great and also upstairs in the sunny room on the roof which was so quiet. We didn’t have time to use the pool or the gym. If it’s your first time in Chicago you must take the Architectural boat tour on the First Lady, it was so interesting and we learnt a lot about the city and the architecture. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Chicago.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

Jillian's home is the ideal place to stay for a visit to Chicago. The neighborhood is phenomenal and has multiple restaurants, bars, shops, stores, and public transportation options, all within walking distance. The home itself was immaculate and extremely well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked like hotels would be. The rooftop is phenomenal, particularly in the summer when we were there. There's a TV, bar, grill, and even a basketball goal that I enjoyed with our 10-year-old. This is, without a doubt, where we would stay upon a return trip to Chicago.

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

This is a great place for the price! The apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything is near the house: gym, Sam's club, Walgreen, community center, Food4Less, etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you will meet lots of birds, squirrels, rabbits. Wi-Fi connection is extremely fast, perfect for remote workers. The only minus point is that it's pretty far away from downtown, but I think that's a trade-off for the great price!

Annie was a wonderful host, and her home was warm and inviting. She made me feel like I was an old friend visiting from out-of-town. Guests have access to a full kitchen, family room and gym. The location is within minutes of the Oakbrook Mall, multiple restaurants and access to major highways. If you are lucky enough to find Annie's home is available during the dates you would like to stay, don't wait to make your reservation.

We had a great experience! It is a private and cozy place with a lot of green around. Gina is very friendly, polite and respectful, her recommendations are perfect for good sightseeing and her coffee is excellent. The house is easy to locate, it is close to the freeways and the airport, if you go by car parking is available. Thank you for hosting us Gina!!

Tony & Diane are so cool. The house is very cute, clean, comfortable, my son was so happy to do weight training... I would to live forever in this marvelous place ! kitchen is very practice, with all you need, maybe more than in my home 😎 in Marseilles, France! . We had the best experience we could have in a shared house, living for 2 months at Annie's house. She is an amazing person who likes to take care of her guests, always having some fresh food in the fridge and also many delicious surprises that she makes herself during the stay. We enjoyed the company and daily greetings of the dog Ginger and the good energy from Annie with her green juice, which made us much healthier. It is a house where we can feel very comfortable and welcomed, as if it were a familiar place, besides being a beautiful, cozy house located in an extremely privileged place with lots of green areas, animals, and silence. Thank you very much, Annie! Staying there during this time was a gift!

I had a wonderful stay with Annie. She is a gracious host and very attentive to her guests while providing privacy at the same time. The location is in a beautiful setting and the room accommodations are complete with nice personal touches. I recommend Annie’s place to anyone seeking a private, friendly, comfortable place to stay.
