Lovely place, as described, Carl was very responsive, I had plenty of room and every amenity that I needed. Initially was only supposed to stay 13 weeks ended up staying 10 months Carl was extremely accommodating, I would definitely stay again when visiting Warsaw/Kennansville area. Thanks Carl for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this sweet gem and hope to be back soon. Contessa was very communicative and organized and our entire stay went smooth and easy! We were able to relax the minute we got in, and the view is breathtaking. The host is flexible and checks in on you throughout your stay making you feel right at home. The shower was amazing, the bed was comfy, and the space is so cozy for this time of year. Even as cold weather came into the area we weren't worried because the heater systems they have work perfect! love the story of this place and can't wait to see them grow at JCO 🥰

Karen the host was amazing and went above and beyond. The Airbnb was great and in a great quiet location. Would 100% recommend for anyone to stay there. Karen and her husband were very attentive to any needs that I may have had and kept me up to date with any community events that were coming up. Her cooking is delicious and she offered to bring food over. The area where the Airbnb is located is very peaceful and far enough away from the city to make you forget that you’re only 30 minutes away from Jacksonville.

Kathryn was very responsive and kind. She has beautiful surroundings and everything available for guests to enjoy the scenery! (Kayaks, materials to start a bonfire).

My family stayed at Kamilah's home in Kenansville while I was relocating for work. She was ultra-fast at communications and negotiated fairly for our long-term stay. We were so very happy with the stress-free, relaxed and flexible check-in.... we were moving cross-country so that was so critical! Very nice touches including instructions and small gifts when we arrived. We felt very welcome. This is a remote location, there is not much around the area, but we found her suggestions of things to do very helpful. My children and I found lots of local adventures. House was small and clean, plenty of parking and a large and private backyard. Dishwasher did not work while we were there but Kamilah made arrangements to have it fixed; the washer and dryer were great to have use of! In addition, they arranged to have an Internet provider come and install new service (fast!). Our stay was fine, we appreciated everything they did to make our stay comfortable in Kenansville!

Another fantastic stay with Jess and her adorable Great Dane Daphne! Comfortable, clean, quiet accommodations and close to Duplin Winery! Hope visit again real soon!

Great place. Bigger and more spacious than the pictures indicated. lots of space for our family while we attended a graduation. Beautiful area and gardens as well. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Nest. The place was well appointed and John was very responsive. I couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work the first morning and there was a replacement waiting for me a couple hours later. Our daughter and her family live close by and so this was a perfect place for us to stay while we are in town….we will be back.
