This was a really great place for a solo weekend visit…everything was amazing, the location, cleanliness, quietness were all the things that made this room perfect…as your driving through the area it appeared to be things to do, like go to the park and shop but I didn’t have a chance to do any of that…overall, this would be a good choice so don’t hesitate to book!

Everything was just like the pictures, it was a great in and out stay.

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angelica's place. It was attractive and well laid out for multiple people. They were very helpful and quick with any questions. Well worth a stay!

This property was better than advertised. Great place to stay while visiting the DC metro area, peaceful and quiet neighborhood and very close to the national harbor where there are loads of things to do. My family and I enjoyed staying at this property and will gladly come back for more stays in future. The owner is very responsive and was helpful to all our needs.

Location could not have been more perfect for our stay in DC. Very short walk to the metro, Trader Joe’s, the Eastern Market, and lots of great restaurants. The apartment had easy parking and was spacious for our family of 3. The bed was very comfortable and with cozy linens. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to DC!

The location was great - 10 minutes from my son's house with easy access to stores and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood which felt private and safe. House was exactly as description read and Trish was very responsive.

Had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s during my three days in DC. The apartment was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easy to find. Check-in was smooth and flexible, as Elizabeth allowed me to get in a few hours early as my flight had been moved. Everything was clean and comfortable, and more than enough space for me as a solo traveler to enjoy.

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

Great location for using the Metro buses. 2 stops within minutes from house! We were able to see many sites in DC easily. Amenities were great and Scott's detailed instructions were very helpful.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Heather’s beautiful home. We had complete privacy in out suite, yet we enjoyed visiting with Heather. She is a remarkable woman. The home is a fantastic location for visiting the capitol and surrounding attractions. We rented ebikes a couple of days to get to the white house and the national archives. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Thos home was so perfect for myself and six of my family members. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and really well put together. The beds were so comfortable and the host was super responsive. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at all. The area is super close to a large shopping area so it was easy to get to food and anything else we needed.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight.
