This place was awesome. It was spacious, well-furnished, and warm (was there in late March). Everything in the house is new and perfectly functional, not to mention immaculately clean. So much light when you wanted it! And the kitchen sink overlooks a wooded hillside, which is always nice. Can't praise the property or the hosts enough. 5 out of 5 stars!

Considering we had to last minute book very late, Julia’s place was beautiful! She’s a great host, her home felt just like home! She’s saved us!!! But very responsive, if we needed anything she was super fast about everything! Thank you!

This amazing home was wonderfully comfortable and immaculately clean! Everything you need to have a great stay in the charming town of Dolores is on offer at this house. The delightfully comfortable beds, sofa’s, and dining areas made for a very enjoyable visit. The thermostat controlling with gas fireplace for heat was charming and gave the house a cozy, eclectic vibe that we sure found welcoming. Hope to stay here again in the future!

This house is very nice. Really well-stocked kitchen, well-decorated, and super clean. Great king size bed. Farm fresh eggs in the fridge are a great bonus! The host accurately described that the house is a duplex with an RV pad in back. Be aware that you may hear an occasional voice/noise from the adjacent unit if it's occupied, in addition to occasional noise if RVs are being removed or parked in back. The last quarter-mile dirt road to the house is a little rough, so drive slowly (especially if you get in after dark!). If I'm in the area I would stay here again.

We stayed a couple of nights at Holly’s place in early December and had a great visit to Durango. We were a short distance from the historic downtown area which was very lively with Christmas decorations and lots of shoppers. The neighborhood was very walkable with sidewalks everywhere. We took our dog out for a walk in the morning and late afternoon. The very large back yard was a bonus as well. We loved the gas-burning stove and tended to linger in the morning to drink coffee and read books. Our stay was very enjoyable.

The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and extras left for us to use were much appreciated! Thank you for hosting and making our family vacation memorable! We enjoyed our stay! The coffee, hot cocoa, oatmeal was perfect!

This was a great place to stay. 10 minutes to downtown Durango, and was so cozy. Plenty of room and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs!

Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lazy J ranch. The space was really comfortable with all the amenities and extras to make the stay feel like home. Jason is a superior host, let us have some time with new baby lambs, and his family graciously invited our son to play. We are already hoping to be back!

This place was perfect for mine and my boyfriends anniversary and his birthday. I loved how clean and inviting the condo was. The view was absolutely breathtaking and I would stay here again!

Amazing stay with views of mountains and huge reservoir! Hot tub under the stars! Very clean and homey space. Dog friendly environment was a huge plus as we travel with dogs quite often. Experienced and friendly hosts! We want to come back during the summer months!

Ricks place was well located, we have family in the area so we did alot of visiting. A very cool white Christmas. I will be back again so day.

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful spot and was able to get work done as well. Close proximity to the downtown area. Vintage decor and some modern amenities. One small TV but we didn’t spend much time indoors so it was just fine.

This was such a nice place to stay while we would hit the slopes at Purgatory. It was a quiet area with a short drive to the downtown area (or shuttle ride) with plenty of things to do. Only thing to be aware of is the kitchen is lacking some backing equipment so if you plan on using the oven bring some stuff such as baking sheets and muffin tins. Otherwise, it was a great place for a visit to Durango!

This rental was perfect for our spring break ski trip! Location was great! So easy to walk to the slopes and the base/lodge/resort amenities. The unit was just as described with plenty of extra blankets/bedding, towels and tons of hooks - so helpful for alllll the ski gear. Lots of extras in the kitchen!

Perfect little getaway spot. SUPER clean home. We love the no shoe policy, we follow this same policy at our home. The home had everything, and more, that you would need. Super simple decorations. If you like clean and simple, this is the place for you. Rupert’s, across the street, was delicious. Durango Joes coffee was pretty awesome as well. If exploring downtown, say hello to the ladies in the Durango Art Center and definitely check out the train museum. We will definitely stay here again when we head back to Durango.

Great spot! Giant bean bag chair was a huge hit with the granddaughter! Would definitely stay there again.

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our ski weekend staying at Rex’s place. It was very clean and he was communicative throughout the whole booking process and stay. Finding the apartment was a fun adventure, and felt like we were staying in a luxury tree house! The hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the mountain. Would definitely book here again!
