We had a wonderful time staying here with our kids! The hosts were very kind and responsive and the location was great for walking around town. We would love to stay here again!

Truly a 5-star booking. The house is beautiful with all the high end remodeling done. Wonderful amenities in the house including more than expected in the kitchen. Can’t say enough about this place. You just need to see it to believe it. Can’t wait to book again

My family loved this house, it had plenty of room for us. We walked in and felt right at home. This place is not far from one of our favorite restaurants The Depot. The host were super friendly and easy to talk to.

This location was beautiful and peaceful! The home was well stocked and the game room was great for the kids! We will definitely return!

Melissa's place was spotless, private, quiet, and walking distance to the best coffee shop in Durango. The space itself is airy and light-filled, with a comfy bed. I loved how centrally located it was while still being able to see deer walking by at sunset. It stayed plenty warm in the middle of January, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay exploring all areas of Durango. We throughly enjoyed our visit the house is exactly as described beautiful space, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen. Walkable neighborhood and if you choose a trolley will take you right downtown. I highly recommend this house and if you’re in the mood for really great bread check out Bread bakery. We had a wonderful time at this house! It’s beautiful, comfy, warm & extremely inviting! Cynthia, our hostess, was very kind, receptive & thoughtful. There was a big snowstorm coming in to that area on our day of arrival & she offered for us to come a day early to avoid the weather! Very sweet. Beautiful property, clean, well stocked for guests. We will definitely stay at this lovely house again!

Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful home in quiet surroundings. We loved Leroy the lab and all the goats and horses around. Place was very easy to find and not far from some nice walking paths.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

This place was a great stay! Everything is in great shape. The porch has a beautiful porch overlooking the lake that is perfect for sunsets. I’d highly recommend to stay here if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

Just what we were looking for. Leslie was very responsive and helpful from our first contact and throughout our stay. The location is private but within minutes of “downtown.” The suite is well maintained and very comfortable. All around great experience.

Our stay was amazing. It was a peaceful and beautiful getaway. The apartment was spotless! The hosts were amazing! The cinnamon coffee cake was delicious! Would 100% recommend and we will be back!

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay at Marina's place. The morning after we arrived, we woke to about 10 inches of beautiful snow which made it difficult to get out of the driveway. Marina and her husband were very helpful by clearing a path to get to our car and removing snow from the driveway. The unit was warm and cozy, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return!

Unit was just like pictured. Short walk to hot tub & pool. Easy access, did not have to walk too far from parking lot to unit. Just a minute from fort Lewis college.

Our stay was Great. My expectations of any places we rent is for them to be Clean, functional, and cozy. This place met all our expectations.

While the pictures of the unit are great, it is even better than the pictures! Extremely clean and very well stocked! We were all very comfortable!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location! Peter was very quick to respond to our questions. His place was immaculate with lots of extra bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Great proximity to the ski slopes and Durango. My only teeny tiny complaint was not having a full size oven. But the toaster/convection portable oven we found in a cabinet was big enough to meet our needs so it really wasn’t a problem. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely would recommend this for a family or group of 4, was perfect size. Location was great, easy walk to the main lodge or the beginner slopes, easy walk to first chair. I skied down to within 40-50 yards each day to eat lunch at the place. It was very clean, had everything we needed, I would love to come and rent this place again.

Amazing place to stay! Felt very comfortable and loved the holiday decorations to make you feel like your in your own home, met all our expectations and exceeded them as well!
