I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was extremely clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, despite concerns in other reviews, and everything went smoothly. The Barsala team was incredibly responsive and communicative, making sure all my questions were answered promptly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in Durham.

Wonderful longer term stay, great space.

I would recommend this place to everyone! Clear instructions on how to access the building and they were so responsive. I had to make updates to my reservation a couple times because some of my plans changed and they were so helpful and made it such a smooth process. The place was just like the photos advertised and was nice and clean! Loved everything about my stay!!

Beautiful setting in a very convenient location near I 40 and Southpoint Mall. Comfortable bed, nice furniture, wooded views. Very responsive host. Highest recommendation.

Super clean and beautiful decor. Fully stocked from kitchen ware, snacks, play station, and even a guitar! Olu was friendly and gave direct and easy to understand directions. I would definitely rebook!

My stay here was amazing! The space is so comfortable, so clean, and has everything you need. The area is beautiful with many things to do without traveling far. Very peaceful and quiet.

I spent a few days in Raleigh to visit my daughter at Peace. This condo was by far my favorite place in Raleigh. I’ve been visiting here for years and taking advantage of all the cute accommodations around this area. Robert’s place is on the higher end of what we’ve paid but it’s so very worth it!!! There was so much room here and the layout was great. It was easy for me to work from the kitchen or the dining room or the library or the bedroom. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the proximity to the school was absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again!

I spent a little over two months at the Woodland Cottage during an extremely challenging time. My child was receiving medical care nearby, and we were separated from our family. The hosts were kind, responsive, and flexible about family coming to visit for support. Any questions I had were answered in minutes, and when Airbnb wasn’t sending notifications, they reached out via cell to make sure there was open communication. Older homes always have some quirks, and ALL issues, including freak windstorm damage, were taken care of in 24 hours or less. I loved being able to walk to the river, to linger in the peaceful backyard, and enjoy the quiet. I was also able to work remotely with the internet and workspace. The coziest Airbnb with the best hosts I have had! The beds were very comfortable and the couches are divine, as was the TV. 1000% recommend.

We have stayed at Christiane’s home before and it was an equally great stay this time. Clean, quiet and comfortable. They also put up a beautiful Christmas tree, which we really enjoyed as this was a holiday stay for us with our family that lives in that neighborhood. She was always responsive. I would definitely recommend this location and we will stay here again in the future.

Jill’s home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked! My family and I especially loved the coffee station in the kitchen. As a big tea drinker, I really appreciated the electric tea kettle in the primary bedroom. The bedroom itself had a lovely high ceiling, cozy bedding, and wonderful natural light. The fenced-in yard was another great feature, perfect for our dog. This home is truly a hidden gem — I would highly recommend it!
