Very cute house! The driveway is longer and narrow. There are three parking spots shared by the nearby houses that also use the same driveway. So it’s a bit tricky parking due to the tight spacing. Overall great stay! Plenty of towels and very clean space.

We had a great stay at Susan's place, the location was perfect and the home was exactly what we were looking for. Susan is a good host and we would love to stay here again next time we're in Durham.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

My children and I were participating in McKays 50th Birthday road trip! This house gave my kids a chance to have some fun before embarking on our 800 mile journey! We felt right at home and had a nice night.

Everything about our stay was great! We were in town for the NCAA women's tournament: my wife & I with four of our college-age kids. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything out-of-town guests would need. Keypad entry was simple and exactly as described. The sleeping arrangements were as-listed and perfectly suited us: we were in the master bedroom with attached full bath. The boys shared room with queen, although they're not willing to share a bed anymore! Here's where the air mattress worked great! Extra bedding and electric pump were also provided. The girls shared room with bunk beds. The second full bath was definitely needed for our group of six! The main living area was open-concept with the kitchen, which was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher all worked great! Our daughter the tea-drinker appreciated the tea pot! With family in the area, we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for visiting our son at Duke—super convenient and easy to get around. The home was immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. We were traveling with three teenagers, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Chelse was great, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.

My wife and I stayed here with our two American Akitas for my college reunion. It was exactly what we were hoping for: a very nice, clean, and updated home with a very large (bigger than expected from the photos) and completely fenced-in yard for our dogs. Our dogs seemed so comfortable and at home in this house, and we loved watching them enjoy the yard from the raised deck above. Check-in, check-out, and other communications all went smoothly!

Super convenient location! Walkable to a few restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Inside was clean and updated. Bed was firm but comfortable to me (my wife thought it was too firm). Love having a Brita with water in fridge and an ice maker! Quiet neighborhood, however it's really easy to hear everything happening in the unit on the other side of the duplex. Didn't bother us too much tho. Overall it was the perfect place for our stay in Durham.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

Perfect place relative to local amenities while also being quiet and secluded. Everyone was welcoming and the building was very secure. The host had very clear instructions for both check in and check out. The apartment was clean and well organized upon arriving with everything you could need! 10/10

Our family of five had a great stay at Bryan’s condo. It was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The location is walkable to downtown, Duke campus and Ninth street. The best.

This apartment was beautiful. It was very close to Duke University, 5 minute drive. Easy to check in and check out. Highly recommended!

I’d highly recommend staying at this clean, quiet and comfy garage apartment when in Durham. Its close proximity to Duke’s East campus makes it real nice and easy for a walk/run. This location is also very close to downtown so easy to access plenty of food/drink options!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had some awesome features like a zipline that goes straight into the pool. The hosts were kind enough to let us sleep in with a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

I can’t say anything short of amazing. Joshua was extremely accommodating throughout the entire stay. He included everything we would need or had forgotten in the apartment. The place was also in a really good area!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

Will’s place was ideal for my work trip. The location was superb, with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. He was incredibly accommodating when my trip dates changed, responding quickly and making the adjustment seamless. I appreciated their flexibility and communication. The location's convenience and the host's helpfulness made this an stress-free and enjoyable stay. I recommend it for anyone looking for a place when visiting Raleigh.

David's place was very clean and well put together. It had everything I needed and was very well kept. It also felt centrally located to a lot of things to do locally. Would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect! So nice that each bedroom came with full bath. Everything was spotless! Andrea was communicative. Great place to stay especially if visiting UNC. The Bolin Trail was such a treat and waking up to the sound of the birds was just lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

This place was clean , quiet, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the complex and it’s easy to get to downtown by walking. I would highly recommend this stay.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.
