We loved staying at Erwin’s place for a few days in Durham! The location was perfect for us to go see the cherry trees at Duke Gardens and to enjoy some popsicles and coffee at the shops that were a 5 minute walk. Thanks so much for hosting us!

I have stayed in more than 20 Airbnb’s and Eric’s house is by far the cleanest and most inviting. It was cozy and comfortable. Backyard was very nice and perfect for us & our doggies. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Loved it all!

Christina was a phenomenal host! She was very responsive and willing to help anytime we reached out. Her home is beautiful! My small dogs loved that the bed was low enough that they could jump on and off. Very clean, easy to get into, well lit neighborhood at night and beautifully decorated. We will be back!

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

We enjoyed our stay. We had 11 guys for my bachelor party and we all fit very well. Used the backyard, grill, and fire pit. The home was clean, and in a convenient location to everywhere we went! Would stay again!

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The host was very responsive around any questions we had which was appreciated. It was a spacious house and backyard which would work well for a family. Quiet neighborhood, easy to take evening walks around in. Has washer/dryer which was helpful for an extended stay. Thanks Shawna!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

Tabitha is a proactive host who provides a clean, comfortable, pet friendly home to her guest. Although we did not enjoy the pool on this trip it is a beautiful outdoor space. Neighbors are friendly. The place is well maintained inside & out, we had a wonderful experience here- we highly recommend.

Loved it here, great for family vacations! They were missing a few things when we arrived and GLADLY replaced them after messaging them and communicating with them! They were very responsive and timely. Our flight in was early and we had to enter the airbnb early as well as our flight home being later, so we had to pay a pretty pricey fee to get in early and stay later. Other than that, the price for the weekend was reasonable! Spacious and had a great kitchen. Enough room to fit 8 ppl comfortably, and still feel like you have your own space lol. Fire pit in the back was lots of fun! We appreciate everything they did to make it a great experience.

Beautiful place in a great location! Modern what looks like IKEA type furniture and very clean. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. We just like to see maybe some small snacks and better coffee if possible. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

One of the things I enjoyed most from staying here was, they had stocked plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and garbage bags! I’ve stayed at places where we need to buy everything and this was definitely a plus. Also, they have a spice cabinet! Salt, pepper, sugar, oil to cook with all off your list! They were very attentive and took care of my boys fear with wasp! I would definitely stay there again!

Katherine’s place was a wonderful oasis in Durham! I enjoyed sitting in the back porch each evening and listening to the birds! It was close to a lovely coffee shop and restaurant. Definitely recommended for your stay in Durham! Will be back!

This Airbnb is perfect and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It’s clean and cozy - actually looks better than the pics. The host, Shawn, is very kind and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is a short drive from many shops, restaurants, and Duke hospital. I stayed for over a month and felt right at home. I experienced no problems - not one. If I’m ever in Durham again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reserve it again.

Blake was a good host with easy instructions and an accurate description of the property. We loved the walkability to downtown Durham and cental park area as well as the Saturday farmers market. Having a kitchen laundry, and 1.5 baths was great. The outside deck looked like a nice place to sit but we were on the go and didn't have time for it. Driveway parking was appreciated as there is a business with live music across the street so the street parking on weekend nights is crowded. This older home is updated nicely, the bathrooms are amazing, and there are many easy-to -get-to outlets that many older homes dont have. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Ting's home was everything my family needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for a big family. Everyone was confortable and felt at home. There is something for everyone, it's truly a beautiful home with great energy. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

This place was amazingly clean and cozy packed with essentials. I was concerned on previous reviews about the road noise but it was definitely not a problem it was very minimum and I dint find it loud at all. And slept trought the whole night the bed was supper comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Felt supper safe due to the fact this was our first time in North Carolina was traveling from Texas with two toddlers Thank-you Kristi.

I recently had surgery at Duke hospital, and couldn't have picked a better place to recuperate. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and serene. I was accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law, who had their own bedroom and bath as did I. The beds were plush and comfy, as were the bath linens. I so enjoyed taking daily walks through the nearby cemetery. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive. The location is extremely convenient. Check in and check out were as smooth as cream. There were tenants in the apartment above, and their movements were easily heard. However, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic find!! It was absolutely perfect for my short visit with my fur children! Great location and really comfortable-I felt right at home!! Will definitely come back again!
