This home is perfect, as pictured. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of communication from the host prior to check in. The linen and towels were fresh, the kitchen is beautiful and the bathrooms are very clean.

This place was great! A nice place for our technicians to lay their heads while they are not working. The place is just as it's pictured. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Rob & Susan’s listing house on Ray Rd. The beds were comfortable, there were hangers for clothes brought to be hung up in the closet, the hot tub was great & easy to use, there were lots of great recommendations, the kitchen was well stocked & thoughtfully arranged, the family games were a great addition. Susan & Rob were great communicators & proactive. I wish more hosts were as inviting & thoughtful. They made for a wonderful & restful atmosphere for our laidback girls trip.

We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The host was very responsive around any questions we had which was appreciated. It was a spacious house and backyard which would work well for a family. Quiet neighborhood, easy to take evening walks around in. Has washer/dryer which was helpful for an extended stay. Thanks Shawna!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this place. We were very close to grocery stores, restaurants and a plethora of other shopping centers. The home looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean. The beds were very neat and well kept and we had a lot of storage to put our bags and belongings. We would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Ting's home was everything my family needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for a big family. Everyone was confortable and felt at home. There is something for everyone, it's truly a beautiful home with great energy. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

We were in Durham for a family gathering. Everyone who stayed at Brad's house were very pleased. The house is spacious, clean, neat and had everything we needed. Brad was helpful every step of the way...and we had lots of questions! We like to walk and the location is blocks from downtown...making for a pleasant walk. We highly recommend this house for your visit to Durham.

Marcie's home was very nice. The unit was clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and beds. Marcie was helpful and answered questions that I may have had with a quick response. This place was clean , quiet, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the complex and it’s easy to get to downtown by walking. I would highly recommend this stay.

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Superb location and safe, easily walkable to the Geer St area of restaurants and bars. Short Uber to downtown or 9th St. Parking was a breeze also, which is *very* uncommon in that section of Durham and an issue at many other Durham AirBnbs. The apartment is aged and spartanly equipped, so maybe not ideal for those wanting to bring families or to cook elaborate meals, but it has a vintage 1985 garden apartment vibe even overlooking a central swimming pool. The shower head and bathroom sink are comically low, but nothing to do about it other than laugh. All in all, this is a very good value stay and you are here for the safety, parking convenience and location. I would book this rental again.

I stayed here for a long-term rotation at Duke University & had a wonderful experience! The condo was very clean, stocked with amenities, and felt safe. It has a pool-front view as well. There is a gate leading into the condo, adding an extra level of security. Michael was extremely responsive & answered all questions I had. As far as location, it is walkable to many bars & restaurants, making it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
