Max’s place is wonderful. We had a great time celebrating my mother-in law’s 80th birthday there. The ping pong/pool table was a big hit and kept the kids busy. The sauna was wonderful after hiking all day. Max was responsive, had great recommendations and was very clear about how to get in. There was a helpful guidebook about the house and the area. We highly recommend this place!

This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

Michael and Enrique were excellent hosts, and left me and my girlfriends ice cream in the freezer to enjoy! They responded quickly when we had any questions. The view from the hottub looking out onto the woods is beautiful and the hottub was just what we needed to relax. A beautiful, cozy getaway, and so close to Rhinebeck!

This home was absolutely beautiful, with magazine-worthy decor, a cozy ambiance enhanced by candles, and smart speakers in every room. The view right outside the house was truly picture-perfect. Michael was extremely responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff House. We truly felt like we were staying at a home away from home. We especially loved spending time perusing the huge book and magazine collection. The art, glassware, and furnishings are really beautiful and unique….there were so many interesting pieces to look at. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all weekend. Very comfortable bed. Lovely fireplace. Very peaceful. Loved walking the grounds as well, plenty of little trails to explore and walking along the bluff was serene. No complaints! We hope to stay again! My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in upstate New York. The space was spacious and well-maintained, with multiple floors that offered plenty of room to relax. Everything was spotless, and we especially loved the hot tub and fire pit —it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The cottage truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

My mother and I really enjoyed having Carin's place as a home base as we explored Kingston. Carin was very proactive in communicating with us about check-in instructions and check out expectations. The space was clean and bed was so comfortable! It was nice to come home after our night and make a cup of tea from what was provided in the kitchen and enjoy the living room space. Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

This was a great, secluded place where we enjoyed our 4 day stay. Would recommend it to who is considering visiting the area.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

My stay was truly delightful. While spring hadn't yet brought the garden to bloom, the interior entirely made up for it with a cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful balance between cleanliness and the pleasingly maximalist design choices, like the William Morris wallpaper and carefully selected vintage decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with soft linen sheets and the ideal firm mattress I prefer. Though I didn't have time to use the clawfoot tub, it looked incredibly inviting with well-placed candles. Communication with the host was seamless via messaging, and the location couldn't be better—just a very short walk to the main street with its charming antique shops and cafes. A perfect Kingston trip!

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

Our family had a great stay at AK Lodge, Justyna's place. It was easy to find, plenty of parking, super clean, well stocked kitchen, and a short drive to skiing. We loved that 11 of us could eat at the same table at once. Justyna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would rent this lodge again as there is plenty of space to spread out.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!

We celebrated thanksgiving with our entire family. So cozy and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The house was spectacular! Amazing views! So much privacy. The owner, Jean was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything. The caretaker Kat was just the same

The property itself was immaculate — beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too! Just a short walk from hikes, and local cafes, we were able to enjoy lazy mornings by the and evenings exploring the charming neighborhood. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for activities and dining spots nearby. We truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a rental property. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. We had the most amazing getaway weekend at Gal’s stunning home. Unlike other hosts, Gal was extremely proactive in reaching out and super responsive with any questions we had. The living space was very spacious with the huge living room couch plus the additional basement and game room areas that felt like a completely different side of the house. The bedrooms also had more than enough space to accommodate our group of 8 people. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard and hot tub area. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. The fire place also kept us nice and warm and kept the living room nice and cozy. I would 100% rent this home again for the next time we look for a quick getaway weekend. This was a great value for what we got and we will definitely be returning in the future.
