We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

We had a lovely stay at Woodstock Way Hotel. The stay included espresso drinks at the lobby that were AMAZING! The room was clean modern but with organic wood and wicker elements. The location was great and walkable to shops and restaurants. We didn't have hot water the first morning, but the issue was quickly resolved. This is such a romantic spot.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Loved this stay! The weather wasn’t great during our time but the place was so cozy and we were able to use the wood stove. We appreciated the fresh baked goods, and all of the other snacks and treats supplied- it was probably the most well stocked airbnb we’ve ever been to. There was plenty of recommendations in the area, in a binder provided. We loved the open floor plan and will definitely return again.

The space was incredibly cute and cozy, and Janet was so welcoming and very responsive. The views were amazing, and the serene surrounding made it even better. It was a great break from the city. I really enjoyed my stay, I would definitely book again!!

Such a beautiful stay and wonderful hosts! The area surrounding is peaceful and I had done a hike at Kaaterskills Falls which was close in proximity. Ed left some handmade pastries and even had the porch shoveled and our car cleaned off after a snow storm. Will definitely be coming back during the warmer weather!

I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and this was the top! Charming, beautiful, homey, there was a Christmas tree with games and puzzles under it and a fantastic gas fireplace. So cosy. Jenai was nice, responsive and accommodating. It was great during the winter but I can’t wait to stay there in spring or summer when the lake isn’t frozen. 5 stars across the board!

The house is extremely comfortable. The open living area is cozy but large with high ceilings and a tv area, dining area and stools at the kitchen bar. We did not feel on top of each other. The gas fireplace is so nice in the winter and gives off heat as well as creates ambiance. The bedrooms are great with very comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Overall adorable cabin in the Catskills right off of 28 so you can easily get to other areas like skiing and dining. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Rupert’s house. As other reviewers have stated, there is a train that passes by the house. Each day, it passed 2-3 times but it wasn’t terribly noisy. We never saw the tenant who also lives on the property. We didn’t realize that the tenant’s home was connected to the house we rented. It didn’t bother us but thought I’d share. Rupert was very responsive when we had questions. His home was a wonderful place for us to spend Thanksgiving. There was more than enough space for my family of 5. We especially loved the dining room with the long table and views of the Esopus Creek, which runs right behind the house. Given the weather, we didn’t spend time down there but it was certainly lovely to look at. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

2nd time staying here. Love the location and charm of the home. Great escape from NYC offering all you need - huge and well stocked kitchen, warm cozy fireplace, and great property/outdoor space.

An amazing house for a family stay in the Catskills area. Antonia has designed a beautiful home, with so many unique retro nods and details. The basement is an awesome additional space for everyone to hang out in. The backyard set up is also great- with easy access to the hot tub and a few steps to the lake. 15 min drive to great restaurants and things to do-Loved our stay here!

We had a great time this weekend at Jennifer's place. Everything was clean. The house and the backyard were so spacious. We had four kids and four adults, and everyone found something they loved about this place. The Birch Creek in the backyard was my favorite. It was much bigger than I expected. Drinking coffee in the morning by the bench listening to the creek water flowing was heaven. We enjoyed hiking, walking around the nearby lake, and playing games around the firepit. It was a perfect family vacation.

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Kevin’s Airbnb was without a doubt one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve ever had. You can very clearly tell that he put a lot of thought and effort into curating such a perfect cozy home ideal for a weekend away from the city. We are already looking forward to the day we can stay again, or even check out one of his other properties. I can only imagine they are as wonderful as this one. 10s across the board!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Great place to stay when going to Hunter Mountain. Very clean and has everything you need. Gerry kept me well informed and was friendly. Place is exactly as he described. My favorite part is it is close to the resort and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in town. Recommend!

We spend our family weekend in this place and it truly felt like home! Very neat, cozy, with a beautiful view, it was truly relaxing and made our weekend very comfortable and allowed us to rest away from the loud city and enjoy the nature and quiet of the area. Everything was working, everything was clean and the host was very welcoming and answered all our request and replied very quickly! Great family weekend!
