Very good host and very good location

Alles war einfach super! Das Apartment entspricht genau den Angaben und liegt direkt am Strand. Voltin ist eigentlich jederzeit zu erreichen und meldet sich sofort zurück wenn es Probleme geben sollte oder man Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione: è pulita, confortevole e provvista di tutto il necessario. È in un eccellente posizione a due passi dal mare, ristoranti e supermercati. Gli host sono gentilissimi, disponibili per tutto e puntuali, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Anche il servizio navetta che offrono per l'aereoporto è ben organizzato e vantaggioso.

The apartment was bigger than expected and perfectly located. All essential services are just a short walk away, including a supermarket, ATM, coffee shops, excellent restaurants, and, most importantly, the beautiful seaside promenade. The internet connection is fast exceptionally stable, making it ideal for both remote work and streaming movies. Both the bedroom and living room feature large smart TVs for added convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had no trouble preparing several meals. A major bonus is the air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. Parking near the apartment can be challenging but is manageable. At night, occasional noises from neighbors, such as shutters or the water heater, could be heard. However, the neighborhood is generally quiet, and the windows provide excellent sound insulation. Overall, fantastic value for money, definitely looking forward to coming back!

Le logement était très propre et bien situé, avec des restaurants et des magasins à proximité pour les achats de première nécessité. L’hôte était très réactif et disponible, ce qui a été un vrai plus. L’environnement autour de l’appartement n’était cependant pas toujours très propre, avec pas mal de déchets au sol, ce qui est un peu dommage. En cette période de l’année, il y a principalement des restaurants et des bars, mais il manque des petites boutiques pour faire du shopping touristique. Ce serait aussi un plus que l’hôte fournisse un petit livret avec des infos pratiques sur les transports, les attractions à proximité, et ce qu’il y a à faire dans le coin. Cela rendrait l’expérience encore plus agréable pour les prochains visiteurs.

Merci , pour ce séjour . L’hôte n’était pas dans la ville mais cela ne l’a empêché de nous accueillir d’une autre façon tout aussi agréable ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !!! Nous avons passer un bon moment dans votre logement magnifique.

Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Sara was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive and supportive, allowing us to check in very early in the morning and even accompanying us to local shops to help us with what we needed. I highly recommend her!

The time we spent in this apartment left a great positive impression. First of all, I want to especially note the hospitality and care of the hosts - Bledi met us with a sign at the airport and brought us to the apartment, on the way he told us a lot about this country and gave a lot of advice on how to organize a vacation - where to change money, buy groceries and what restaurants to go to. The apartment actually turned out to be even better than in the photos. Spacious, clean, many lighting options - you can create any atmosphere. The furniture is in excellent condition, the apartment has everything you need for life. The same is true in the kitchen - there were no difficulties with preparing food for the child. We were completely satisfied and will recommend the owners and the apartment to our friends - a spacious, clean, cozy apartment at the highest level!

Если ещё раз поеду в Дуррес то только к Brikene. Расположение дома замечательное,свое тихое место на закрытой территории возле моря,закаты на терассе или на берегу моря,сон под звук моря это особое удовольствие. Brikene всегда на связи и любые вопросы( такси,позднее прибытие или наоборот нужно выехать попозже,аренда машины) решаются моментально. Мы были с годовалым ребенком и это место подходящее на все 💯. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Our stay in Lida’s was great. Flat was clean and comfortable,about 100m from huge beach. Supermarket next to flat,really tasty food in restaurant next to the supermarket and bakery behind. Fruit and veg stalls on the street,fisherman with fresh fish every morning around 8 am just in front of the flat. We really enjoyed our stay,thank you Lida. PS: If you arrive with your car,go to see Spille beach (about 30 minutes drive)

Excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the beach. A very quiet and relaxing area south from Golem, lots of buses go by on the main road if you want to get into the city. Fiqe and Gizem were super helpful and responsive whenever I had a question.

The Location of this vacation home is perfect - a few feet from the beach. The apt was cozy, clean, and at an amazing price for what you get. There was also a 24-hour shop next to it in case you forgot any groceries, however, we noticed bars and restaurants were open until almost midnight in that area. Livia was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions. Would love to come back and stay for a longer time.

Armando var en fantastisk värd som svarade på alla frågor vi hade på ett snabbt sätt. Han ordnade dessutom taxi till och från flygplatsen till ett bra pris

Rien à dire, logement extrêmement beau avec un accueil chaleureux, une vue à couper le souffle. Ils sont très accueillant et très gentil.

Great place! Very nice and clean. Felt just like home. When I’m back in Albania I’d stay here again. All the things you need, are located nearby the house. Amazing stay!

apartmán je hezký. Vířivka je skvělá po celém dni cestování. vše je jako na fotkách. Majitel je milý. Čekal na nás pozdnější příjezd a ještě nás odvezl do obchodu, abychom měly na druhý den. pravidelně mi psal a ptal se, zda je vše v pořádku. Apartmán je kousek od velké pláže s luxusními hotely.

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. It’s an extremely comfortable place to be and the host is responsive to any specific needs that arise. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anybody. I was very pleased with my stay, and I will return someday. Thank you Jurgen!

L' appartamento di Kevin è molto bello e sicuramente molto comodo, lavoro lì vicino e penso di tornarci sicuramente ogni volta che mi troverò a Durazzo.
