I have stayed in this area of duress many times while visiting family and friends and this is definitely the best apartment I have stayed in. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area and I know when I return I will definitely be booking this apartment. It has all the facilities required for a comfortable stay.

This apartment is great to stay in Durres even for a long time. This apartment is near the beach and you can get to it in 3-5 minutes, near there are a lot of restaurants and cafes The host is very kind and responsive, so I am not surprised why it is a “Super host” label

If you want to feel at home miles away, you should stay here! I definitely recommend it to everyone; the bus stops are almost in front of the house, Adriatic Sea is behind the building, the beach is great for watching sunsets, taking long walks and swimming! The house was very clean, everything was comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail Artenisa answered all our messages immediately and patiently, she was always ready to help (even the questions not related with the house ) There are many restaurants around you markets, exchange office, pharmacies, all of these are maximum of 3-4 minutes walk away, Durres center is 5 minutes by bus there are two air conditioning ( more than enough) Above all, Artenisa and Eno are wonderful people, they are the best hosts I have had in my 5-6 years of airbnb stays. They really put our comfort and happiness first, we are grateful for making us feel at home even though we were miles away Thank you for everything, highly recommend!!

Herion był przemiły i bardzo pomocny, zawsze uśmiechnięty. Nauczył nas co to znaczy albańska gościnność. Bardzo dobry kontakt:) Dziękujemy Ci Herion za twoją gościnność:) Gospodarz na 5 gwiazdek;) To był bardzo dobry pobyt. Apartament był lepszy niż się spodziewaliśmy. Lokalizacja 10/10, wszędzie blisko. Na plażę nie więcej niż 1 minuta, naprawdę nie pomyliłem się:) Kawiarnia, market, 3 restauracje, przystanek autobusowy - wszystko w promieniu 150 metrów. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżko. Taras z widokiem na morze. Podobało się nam bardzo. Chyba przyjedziemy tu za rok:)

Nous avons été agréablement surpris car le logement et la terrasse sont plus grands que ce qu’on pourrait imaginer en regardant les photos. La communication a été très facile et rapide. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé !

Ari is the best host! He’s very responsive and one of the reasons our stay has been so great! The place is near everything and you can do a lot of shopping and exploring. The place is just like the pictures which is great.

Perfect Beach Getaway in Durres My stay at this Airbnb apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was immaculately clean, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing walks by the sea and enjoying the sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries, making check-in and check-out seamless. They provided great local tips on where to eat and what to see in Durres, which really enhanced my experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Durres. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or a base to explore the beautiful Albanian coast, I highly recommend this Airbnb apartment. I'll definitely be back!

Steisi is very easy and kind to work with. His communications are quick and helpful. During our stay, he arranged airport pick-up, and drop-off, as well as any other taxi service needed. The apartment is located right on the beach in Durrës. This place is not in downtown Durrës, but rather along the strand south of the harbor marina. The neighborhood is quaint, and people are very friendly. There are grocery stores, meat butcher, and restaurants all around, and convenient. The apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean, and each night shows a different, gorgeous sunset. There is a smart TV, stove, and oven, with a sizable refrigerator and freezer. The air-conditioner works perfectly, and the water heaters provide well. The living room, as well as main bedroom offer walk out balconies. This was a fun, relaxing place to spend holiday, and we would definitely stay again.

Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! Netter Besitzer, sehr unkompliziert, sehr gut zu erreichen. Wirklich sehr schönes Haus in der ersten Reihe am Meer. Mit Pool (ohne Beheizung), Kamin und sehr tollen Terrasse im Erdgeschoss und auf dem Dach. Schöne Anlage am Meer zum verweilen.

Elio is heel erg gastvrij en prettig in de communicatie. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een supertijd gehad!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Perfect stay! One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in, the house felt like home directly, super clean and comfortable, had all amenities you could need. The bathroom is really great. Mrs Arjola is an angel she’s adorable and always glad to help, has great recommendations. This place made really my travel a pure rest and the location omg you cannot find better, surrounded by tons of nice restaurants so you have choice and the promenade between the apartments and the beach makes it soo relaxing ☺️ I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Durres

Der Aufenthalt bei Lili war rundum perfekt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit ist wirklich klasse. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Blick morgens beim Frühstück auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die zentrale Lage mit den Restaurants, Supermärkten, Märkten und der Strandpromenade ist einzigartig. Einziger Kritikpunkt (wahrscheinlich der Hochsaison zu verdanken) ist die wirklich laute Musik bis Mitternacht und die schlechte Parksituation, man muss Geduld aufbringen, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir können die Unterkunft aber wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für alles Lili!

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

We enjoyed our stay at Xhoi's flat. We had a great holiday. Great communication with Xhoi from the moment I thought of booking the place until we left. She was kind and helpful. All the staff in El Sabor restaurant were very nice to us. The beach was lovely and we were able to get our allocated umbrella wherever we wanted it and as close to the sea as we wished. Lots of halal food nearby. We will definitely come back if we visit Golem again

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

A edlira e o Roman são muito simpáticos e atenciosos! O estúdio tem uma ótima localização e é um espaço super prático e confortável! O MELHOR COLCHÃO É ALMOFADAS QUE JÁ EXPERIMENTEI NUM AIRBNB! Se voltar à Albânia, terei todo o gosto em voltar a ficar neste alojamento!

Amazing location with magnificent balcony sea view (7th floor with elevator) and many cosy restaurants around the area, very clean apartment, perfect for families with little kids, very welcoming hosts... Private parking as well and supermarket in the building... The apartment was equipped with everything one needs for the days you're there. 10/10 - will most definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and families. You won't regret staying here! See you again for sure!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la relation avec Altin le mari d’Irena. C’est lui qui était au rendez vous d’accueil pour notre séjour. Tout a été impeccable. La maison et son beau jardin est au cœur d’une pinède à 100m de la plage. Altin est de bons conseils concernant les restaurants qui sont faciles d’accès à pieds. Nous étions donc 7 personnes, un couple et un autre couple qui a ses trois enfants. Nous occupions la chambre du bas équipée de sa salle de bain. Et pour les nuits les 5 autres vivaient en haut en ayant aussi leur salle de bain. Top ! La cuisine et le salon sont grands et bien équipés. Merci à Irena et Aldin d’avoir fourni une télévision dotée de très nombreuses chaînes internationales ! Le plus … on peut garer sa voiture dans la cour ! Bref … merci, très bon lieu ! Nous recommandons ! Dan et Valérie.
