Très bel appartement, près de la plage.

Looks like the pictures. Great location, not walking distance to the city center, an easy and inexpensive bus ride. Also, buses and taxis just outside the building. The boardwalk is just a short walk from the apartment. You will find many restaurants, paddle boat rentals . There even is a market on the boardwalk. The bus station across the street offers trips to cities near or far. Oh yes, there is a farmers market in front of the apartment as well. Luftim was very helpful and attentive. He met us at the airport and drove us back to the airport. He even picked up some staples to hold us over until the next day (we arrived New Year’s Day. Stores were closed. We recommend Luftin’s place.

Everything was great but it was extremely hard to find parking places. Parking is free, it is true but it is almost impossible to find one. Virginie was very helpful as one of the beds collapsed on the first night but she had it repaired in a very short time. The matraces on the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is absolutely well equipped and you can find everything you need there. Air Conditioners worked very well. It was very nice to find cold water in the fridge and chocolate on the desk when we arrived. Unbelievable but there was a mobile cooler what you can bring to the coast. The apartment is just like in the pictures and you can have a good time there. The sea is really close and the neighborhood is full of good restaurants. Junik, the manager is very nice too, he speaks good English. All in all, this is a good place to spend a vacation. Minden nagyszerű volt, csak parkolóhelyet szinte lehetetlen találni. We had a fantastic stay at Artemis's apartment, check in was easy. There was ample room for myself and three friends. The apartment was very well decorated and comfy beds. Everything is within walking distance, beach a few steps away, shops restaurants and bars all within minutes. Artemis was very helpful and answered any questions, i would highly recommend, and look forward to returning.

Je recommande ce logement qui sent bon et est bien propre. Seul inconvénient, il n’y a pas de volets dans la chambre, et le soir, la ville est bruyante. Cet appartement n’est pas pour les gens qui cherchent du calme. Sinon, impeccable, dénis a été serviable et réactif.

violeta est une hôte très sympathique et au service de ses clients, l'appartement est propre et idéalement situé pour les familles, loin des endroits bondé de monde et au calme, la mer est à 150m, vous pouvez sortir du logement en maillot de bain et marché 3min pour arriver dans l'eau. nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Violeta.

Probably one of the view places in Golem that are still quite private and cosy. There is a walkway to the nearby beach where you can enjoy the sunset. The apartment is as described. It is clean. Since the house is surrounded by pines and other trees, obviously, be prepared for some mosquitoes. All windows have mosquito protection without any defects. Thus, just keep the door shut to keep the insects out of the apartment and remember to bring some mosquito spray for a relaxed time on the terrace. ;-) Rovena is a super host. Our extra wishes were no issue. The communication is perfect, immediate replies, friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Arian was very polite and communication overall was good. They only issue was with the cleaning inside of the house which wasn’t done very well by a local responsible. It’s important to have a car of you travel as lots of things you might need to buy are located in Durres. There are local shops nearby, but with not a big variety of things to buy. There is a good bbq area. But still meat and fish to be purchased in Durres.

A wonderful calm apartment in the city center of Durres. You can sit outside in the private yard and enjoy warm summer evenings or go for a walk to different cafes and restaurant around. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Lokalizacja 10/10, wszędzie blisko. Na plażę nie więcej niż 1 minuta, naprawdę nie pomyliłem się:) Kawiarnia, market, 3 restauracje, przystanek autobusowy - wszystko w promieniu 150 metrów. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżko. Taras z widokiem na morze. Podobało się nam bardzo. Chyba przyjedziemy tu za rok:)

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Durrës was just perfect! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes from the beach and with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Our host Juli was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was always available, provided us with great tips for the area and made our stay unforgettable. You can tell that he attaches great importance to making her guests feel at home. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this Airbnb!

Amazing host. Recommend to stay again

We had a really pleasant stay - the view of the ocean was breathtaking and we loved having an evening drink or breakfast on the balcony. Despite the high way running on the other side of the building we did not hear it at all but only the waves crashing which was very peaceful. The beach was very nice and there were some restaurants and shops open despite “off-season”. The beach promenade was also nice for a morning jog or a stroll. Place is a little bit from the centre of Durres - we took the car in once but it was impossible to find a parking spot but eventually found a parking garage under the Qendra shopping mall. Oklend and Aferdita were very friendly and we loved staying at their place - would definitely stay here again another time!
