493 Pumpkin Lane was the perfect place for us. The home was exactly as described with so much character which we all loved. The place was very well equipped especially the kitchen where there was everything we needed and then some! The sunroom was the perfect place for visiting and plenty of space to find a little quiet time in other parts of the home. We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This house was the perfect place for our family get together. We were able to use both dwelling and socially isolate while indoors. The grounds are extensive and nicely cared for. There were plenty of gathering spots outdoors where family could gather comfortably while maintaining distance. These are cray times, but this property was well suited for our family needs. The garden is gorgeous and there was plenty of room to spread out for a softball game or badminton, but intimate enough to find a nice corner to read or just relax. The location was very good as well. It was a short distance to the walkway over the Hudson (30 min) and to Lake Minnewaska State Park (40 min). This was our first trip to Hudson Valley but will not be our last.

A beautiful farm house that is perfect for families and couples. We loved the peaceful and relaxing ambience and exploring the surrounding areas. Kate (Host) was great, very responsive and helpful. We would like to come back in the fall when it’s cool. Things to consider: 1. There is no AC in one of the bedrooms. 2. There is only one shower. (The master bathroom has a bath tub with no curtains.)

This is our second time visiting the farm but first time staying and I have to say, we were blown away! What a beautiful space and such a peaceful environment to wake up to. Andrea is very responsive and always available. Waking up to the sound of roosters and going downstairs with your cup of coffee to be greeted by the barn cats was personally one of my favorite parts! Last time we visited we did the llama and Alpaca walk and it was absoutely amazing!! We wanted to do the farm tour this time but unfortunately due to cold weather and icy conditions, we couldn’t. Instead, Andrea mentioned the lotion bar class instead and we attended that class this afternoon and I must say I highly recommend! Andrea is a women of many trades, a great teacher and a wonderful welcoming person! She knows a little bit of everything! We will be back for sure once the weather gets warmer! Thank you!!!

Sarah and Jim have curated a very, very special farmhouse retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted with the history and charm of the place. The fireplaces were so cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, we will definitely be coming back to this Hudson Valley gem.

Emily and Max were great hosts! The barn was extermly well stocked and clean. They cleaned the driveway and walkway for us every morning to ensure we were safe. Our dogs loved to walk on the property, and the inside was very pet friendly (we have two large dogs). Overall a great stay, and would recommend to anyone with pets staying in the Hudson Valley.

We just returned to the barn at Picardy Farm for our third time. Stefan and Mark are wonderful hosts, always within reach by text or cell. The furnishings are lovely, the place is always clean and well maintained, and the property is gorgeous. It's so nice to just walk the grounds and take in the natural splendor of the area. I highly recommend stay here.

The cottage was so warm and inviting. We felt right at home. And the setting was beautiful. Never saw so many brilliant stars in my life.

This was our second time at this beautiful home, we went last summer and this winter, and have concluded there is magic built into its walls. Both of our stays were idyllic, with views of rolling hills and a getaway feel in a house that has modern touches yet has character, a classic feel and everything you’d hope for in a whimsical, cozy vacation spot. Every guest was thrilled with their rooms, and the love for the home and thought that went into everything in it was very palpable. If you want an extremely memorable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting - this is the place for you.
