This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

Vince's place was perfect for our weekend away. everything we needed, beautiful place all to ourselves. Vince was very helpful but only if we needed anything. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Tim & Angela’s place was even more beautiful and serene than advertised. The view of the Esopus Creek through the kitchen and bedroom windows was absolutely glorious, and despite the wintry conditions, we loved having our morning coffee out on the back patio overlooking the creek. Would absolutely stay again!

Nestled on a quiet road, you’ll find your little hobbit hole. This property is beautiful. Cozy and comforting. If you’re a fan of the LOTR, then I highly suggest staying here. It has everything you need and amazing attention to detail and the series. Your adventure awaits!

House was spotlessly and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and hot tub was absolutely phenomenal. Skylights let in beautiful natural light for reading and relaxing. Michael and Enrique were proactive about reaching out beforehand with the house information and we really, really enjoyed our stay. We're not used to baseboard heating so some of the noise from the heating surprised us, but that's to be expected with any place that's not your home. Would gladly stay here again.

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

Anne Marie's place was exactly what we were looking for! It is extremely well stocked, with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances, extra blankets, many towels, etc. The surroundings were gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Anne Marie was friendly and very responsive, answering questions quickly and flexibly. We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! As soon as we entered in, we felt right at home and loved how Elizabeth decorated the place. There were a few things missing/not working in the home compared to what was listed, but Elizabeth proactively reached out to inform and provide accommodations for those areas. She was always quick to respond, and we felt cared for throughout our whole stay. Would come again!

Spent the night in Kingston after going to a concert in Woodstock. The location was great (walkable to coffee and restaurants) and off-street parking was a plus. Carin provide clear check-in and check- out instructions and some great local recommendations. We hit up Rough Draft before leaving town for some excellent coffee and grabbed a new book.

It's a lovely apartment that was very clean quite spacious and comfortable. Just a short minute or two drive to a few restaurants and to Daryl's house. We had a great time!

Ann Marie was incredible, and so was the space! It was clean, freshly stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Ann Marie was incredibly attentive and communcative. She left absolutely no stone unturned and was available if we needed anything at all - she even came out while I was cleaning snow off of my car to give me a better brush to make that easier as well. I've stayed at a number of Bnb's in the last few years and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in the Hudson Valley/Beacon area, I cannot recommend staying here enough, you won't regret it. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

We loved our stay at Mark & Whitney’s! It was the perfect location to visit Beacon and Newburgh. The home was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It snowed during our visit which was such a bonus. We would absolutely come back.

We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely, well-located studio. We left some jewelry and Miryan has been wonderful in ensuring its return to us.

What a nice change from the standard 2 person Airbnb. It was spacious, comfortable and so nice to have division between the living spaces. It was surprisingly bigger and better than the pictures. We would definitely stay again if in the streets. We really loved the stay.

A beautiful stay in Poughkeepsie! Anjelica’s Airbnb was extremely well stocked for cooking. There was filtered water, the option to make fresh juice, and even a complementary bottle of wine! The bed was very comfortable, and all of the linens felt fresh and clean. I also liked the soft warm lighting in the home, as it made it feel very homey and inviting. The parking was also very accessible and it was an easy walking distance to the downtown area. My only criticism was that due to the property being an old building the pipes were very loud at night. But that was a quick fix once we shut the heat off before bed. The downstair bedroom stayed a comfortable cool temperature throughout the night. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a luxurious comfortable and convenient stay in Poughkeepsie.

Celeste and Jim are now very good friends of mine! We had such a good time staying at their beautiful home in December! I would highly recommend this spot for adventurers!

My friends and I came upstate to get together before my fiancé and I get married. The Airbnb was literally perfect. It was beautiful and spacious and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We loved the basement and spent a good chunk of one of the days playing guitar hero. The area is quiet and peaceful and close enough to restaurants and bars if you want to go out. I would 100% come back again.

What a wonderful stay! Absolutely recommend if you want a cute and cozy stay. This was the perfect getaway from NYC to enjoy some peace and quiet. The cottage was just as described, if not better! Very well decorated and felt very clean! You can tell they put a lot of love into the place. Rhinebeck was very cute and we really enjoyed exploring the town and other small towns around. We ended our trip off with a cozy bone fire & got to meet their adorable dogs and get some love by the fire :) very much recommend if you’re considering!

Josh’s place is such a gem. It’s beautifully decorated and cozy and was a great place to reconnect with friends. The nearby towns are all very cute and Josh gave great restaurant and bakery recommendations. Great and easy communication as well. Highly highly recommend!!

Paul was such a lovely and responsive host. My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it was the dreamiest, coziest, and well loved space ever. We cannot wait to visit again in warmer weather, but really it was so beautiful in the snow!!!

This place was amazing!! I’m so glad we got to spend my birthday celebration here! The creek was so fun to explore. It was very fun just being outside all day long enjoying nature. We’ll be back most definitely :)

I spent 4 nights at the Ancram A cabin and it was just the ticket for relaxing over the President's weekend. Ariella and Adam left a detailed instruction booklet that was very accurate and useful. The cabin is cozy with everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, towels, comfy beds, big screen TV projector, heaters, etc. It was magical watching deer around the property early in the morning while drinking my coffee. I didn't leave the cabin much but I'd like to return and enjoy more of the area. I highly recommend this place!

I loved this airbnb so much the first time, that I had to come back 2 more times. Josephine as always was excellent with communicating and very accommodating as I needed an early check-in. The space was amazing as usual, with kind and personal touches everywhere. I am looking forward to booking another peaceful, relaxing stay here soon!
